"Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. We were given a house actually meant to accomodate 5-6 people so we had plenty of room plus a small yard area with garden furniture. It was well-equipped generally although we did find the mattresses on the beds were a bit thin and so not as comfortable as we would have liked - but then after a busy day walking and exploring we slept well anyway!
