Detached villa with sea view, heated pool and air conditioning

Our house is a single unit property in the Caramujeira area, known for its vineyards, beautiful holiday homes and for its location close to many typical Algarve beaches. The house is placed within a beautiful 2800 sqm garden with the typical fauna of the Algarve: orange trees, almond trees, palm trees and lots of flowers and bushes. The house is surrounded by terraces. There is also a 50 sqm swimming pool and a barbecue.

On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a living room with a fireplace, an extra dining room, separated from the living room by an archway and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the apartment on 1st floor, there is one bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace.

The beach is within 2 km distance: You can reach the typical Algarve beaches with their known rockformations within 10 minutes by car.

The house is located in a calm countryside area close to the sea and within 15 minutes by car to Carvoeiro, with its' picturesque centre and Armação de Pera with the fishermen's "lota" and the market, where the fresh fish is then sold. In both towns you can find very good restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
There are several golf courses near Carvoeiro and Armação de Pera. The beaches in our area are beautifully surrounded by rocks and the local vegetation. The shore is ideal for walks along the sea. You can start these walks also directly from the house. If you wish to change the view, the beach from Armação de Pera to Salgados is also very recommendable.
There are also two marinas nearby: Portimão and Albufeira. Another attraction is the boat trip from Ferragudo to visit the dolfins. Little children certainly like to go to the Aqua Park "Slide and Splash" in Lagoa or to "Zoomarine" in Guia.
For shopping lovers, there are shopping centres in Portimão, Albufeira and a Designer Outlet close to the highway before turning to Faro.

Lovely Villa. Better than it looks in the photos. Pool area excellent. Lots of great coastlines and restaurants in easy reach by car. Obviously a car is required for this location.

Wonderful house and location.
I would fully recommend this house to anyone. The house is located in a quiet area, and only 10 min drive from Carvoeiro and also Armacao de Pera and only 2.5Km from the Benagil Caves and the lovely beach of Marinha Beach. The house is super equipped and a fabulously large pool. I would very happily go back. Adrienne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We really had a great time. Thank you.!.

Wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe.
Die Casa dos Lobos ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft zum Meer. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der gesamte Ablauf der Schlüsselübergabe und die Beschreibungen war wirklich sehr gut gelungen. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Villa avec superbe vue sur la mer . Proche des plages magnifiques d Algarve . Très beau jardin . Excellent équipement. Mentions spéciales pour la gentillesse de la femme de ménage et du jardinier. La piscine était à la bonne température idéale pour s y rafraîchir avec les chaleurs d été. La maison est spacieuse et l étage totalement aménagé en 2ème logement avec terrasse. Nous avons eu la visite d oiseaux magnifiques (des inséparables ? ). Nous garderons de superbes souvenirs de notre séjour à la Casa dos Lobos et espérons y revenir très vite. La propriétaire est super accessible et très aimable . Merci Adrienne. A bientôt Stephanie Alain et la famille ......

SUPER SEJOUR EN ALGARVE - MAISON TRES CONVIVIALE
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Adrienne qui a été très à l'écoute de notre bien être et de notre accueil dans sa propriété. Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll. Die Aussicht, der Pool, die große Terrasse waren super. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super nett. Excellent villa with beautiful pool. Well equipped ,very clean and quiet , relaxing location close to lovely beach. Only negative was the lack of of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable to sleep .

Vom ersten Tag an Urlaub pur
Schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks merkten wir, dass wir die richtige Entscheidung für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in Portugal getroffen hatten. Die Beschreibung für die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe war sehr präzise, genauso wie schon die Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen Faro bis zum Haus. Die Bilder, die gezeigt werden, entsprechen voll der Realität. Wir bewohnten zu sechst das Erdgeschoss, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine Gästetoilette, ein gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche standen uns zur Verfügung. Und mit sehr gut meine ich auch sehr gut: es waren genügend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser vorhanden, Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Messer usw. Einfach perfekt!!! Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet, der Pool wurde rege genutzt, für jeden gab es eine Liege und die Terasse war unser durchgehender Aufenthaltsort. Sonnige Frühstücksmomente und lauschige Abende mit Meerblick waren an der Tagesordnung. Da man in einer ländlichen Gegend ist, sollte man sich nicht von krähenden Hähnen oder manchmal auch Hundegebell stören lassen. Im Ganzen können wir das Haus und auch die Vermieterin, die immer prompt auf Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist, weiterempfehlen!!!

Une villa spacieuse et agréable, bien située dans cette belle région de l’Algarve, proche de tous les points touristiques. La piscine est très belle et les plages accessibles à pieds par de petits chemins. L’hôte est adorable, c’est une location à recommander !
