Couldn't fault
Very hard to find the property until we understood the Pin system in Portugal. Excellent villa, huge clean pool. Well equipped, good beds and furniture, very roomy. Couple of silly things needed attention when we arrived, manager over with a team and put everything right immediately, very helpful. Lovely area, quiet, close to everything we needed - couldn't fault

Pictures are misleading - Way over priced
Agent not helpful, in any way, House tired and dirty. More suited to an older couple. No information pack in house, wrong wifi info given. We cleaned for 4 hours on arrival as house was dirty. Kitchen almost un-useable. Microwave rusty, cooker had only one shelve. All sides and tiles covered in cooking oil. chairs in dinning area filthy dirty. Fire places marks all over it. All bathrooms smelt horrid and two of the bathrooms had mold. The shutters on the property have never been cleaned. Outside area - plastic loungers with no cushions, again dirty. Barbecue area again never been cleaned so dirty, took an hour to scrub/clean. No further information in house on where to eat or local places to visit. Both Uber and Bolt are not able to find the villa which caused so many problems. Would not go back and would never use this agent to book a holiday let again.
