Fantastic house recently remodeled with 3 floors divided into:
- living room area, kitchen and social WC (Ground floor),
- 3 large bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms (Floor 1)
- attic composed of living area + 3 adult beds
Ideal for holidays for large families, this house is located in the parish of Cabouco (Lagoa city).
It has a magnificent outdoor space (closed and accessed by an electric gate) that includes a barbecue area and garden.
Animals are welcome!

We inform that check-ins, between 9 pm and 8 am, have an extra cost of 20€, that is charged in the moment of the check-in.

Standard check-in time is after 5 pm. It can be any time if the house is available. It has to be confirmed first.

Our review
Overall, our stay was okay but there could have been some things that could be better. A lot of dust was noted on the bedroom furniture and on the floors, one of the bathroom floors by the shower were very slippery making it a safety issues especially with a small child, a fair warning was given regarding cockroaches which was accurate and they came through the shower drains and around the home outside. Underneath the kitchen sink was a very foul odor, and the iron for clothing didn’t work (which may have never been brought to property managers attention). The grass was cut towards the end of our stay which could have been cut prior to our arrival.

The property was great. Nice location, nearby cafe was ideal. Lots of room and a great view of the ocean through a corn field.

Casa confortavel muito bem situada decorada e com muito espaco.
Highly recommended. For a family and friends together. Enough space to be together and yet private quarters when necessary. All the amenities are ate at hand and in working condition.
