Wonderful newly opened, intimate property. Views of sunsets, private inground pool & less than 10 minutes by car to either the grocery store or restaurants, shopping & beach! Mentioned to the property manager that the ad on Expedia reflects laundry accommodations. He was surprised & will make the necessary correction. For future renters, he is working to either negotiate a laundry service with a 1-2 day delivery time or bring washer/dryers on to the property. The only reason I did not rate this property 100% Excellent is the bed. The property manager is also aware of the very firm, almost box spring like mattress situation & is working to address it as well. This would NOT detour me from booking this rental property for our 2nd visit to Europe! Plenty of room, storage, clean & no bad smells at the rental or the surrounding area (one comment most reviews leave out). Dont overlook the BBQ/picnic area. Very nice & the property managers are so hospitable!
