"Clean and close to airport with transport "

"This place felt like being at home. The staff were very nice and polite. Offered us home cooked meals rich with culture. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were included. We enjoyed our stay."

"Wow, I honestly don’t know where to start; this host is simply amazing! She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. I made a last-minute booking for my three boys (ages 25, 14, and 10), who were traveling on their own and required 23 hours stop over before their next long flight to Australia , she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her communication was impeccable, detailed, clear, and with very quick responses. She personally picked the kids up from the airport and even allowed them to check in around 11 a.m., well before the usual 2 p.m. check-in time. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped with amenities, and located in a secure estate close to the airport. According to the boys, there was visible security throughout the area, which made them feel very safe. They were also able to explore within the estate and enjoy decent meals nearby, everything was convenient and accessible. What truly touched me was that she also took the time to drop them back at the airport and stayed in regular communication throughout their stay. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and care. She’s a wonderful person, and I would highly recommend her to anyone stopping over or visiting Casablanca. I’ll definitely be telling my friends about her! "

"The map location is accurate, but almost none of the pictures are. The cover picture "Private kitchen" is accurate but it is a shared kitchen. Bathroom/Shower is also shared. We booked a "Comfort Appartement" but got a single room with two beds. The house being shared with 4 or 5 other rooms I think. Overall, it was fine as we were only on a 28 hours long transit at the airport, it is just unfortunate as this was a family trip with a 6 month old baby and a 5 year old that can't talk quietly, I feel bad for the other house guests. The area around the B&B was nice, lots of place at walkable distance (within 15 minutes) to eat and stores to buy nice stuff at low price. Clothing at a third of what the airport duty free shops asks. The site says «Government-issued photo ID may be required» but they actually take pictures of both your passport and your visa, not just the person booking, but every occupants. I think it was a bit over the top compared to check-in requirement in other countries. The owner was very friendly. Overall, a nice stay."

"Mixed Experience with VRBO/Expedia Booking After booking a stay through VRBO/Expedia, I encountered significant challenges in connecting with the host. Despite multiple attempts, I struggled to establish communication until the host eventually reached out to me. This lack of responsiveness led to a particularly difficult experience, which was exacerbated by the fact that it occurred while traveling at night. However, amidst these difficulties, the host displayed exceptional service by arranging a taxi for us at 4:30 am to take us to the airport. Not only did the taxi arrive punctually, but the host also ensured that everything was in place, waiting outside to ensure a smooth departure. Overall, while the initial communication and connectivity issues were disappointing, the host's ultimate assistance in organizing the airport transfer was commendable. This mixed experience leaves me with conflicting feelings about my booking process through VRBO/Expedia."
