Vaulted ceilings and elegant decor. Efficient kitchen with everything furnished. Appliances include induction cooktop, 2 refrigerators, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker. And...a wonderfully comfortable queen bed with luxurious bedding.

Separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is shared with one other guest in a second apartment. Big comfortable and TV with Netflix and Hulu. Workspace includes a desk and oversized leather office chair and high speed internet. Luxurious bathroom. Plenty of storage! Outdoor seating area and fenced yard perfect for dog play area. Walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and a park/river nearby. Central location --- downtown, oil center and major hospitals less than 10 minutes away.

You will have off-street parking in a well-lighted area and a keyless entry into a locked and fenced compound. The Sanctuary Studio is at the rear of the property with trees and gardens.
