Baseball tournament retreat from heat!
The property met our needs very well. I chose this property because I travel with my small very spoiled house dog..the VRBO stated pets allowed. The host responded no pets…we negotiated so I could bring my dog. I told her my dog was not destructive and would be with me when I left the condo. It worked out . No harm was fine at all to the property!

Nice little quaint neighborhood!
We never saw that there 210 A-J on the address. So we assumed there was only one town house labeled 210. Our mistake. Michelle and a neighbor kindly directed us to our listing. Michelle took good care of us and was very attentive to our needs the whole weekend! Thank you so much!

Our family of four enjoyed our 3-night stay for a state tennis tournament! This condo is so much better and cheaper than staying at a hotel. We had plenty of space, had access to the pool and was close to many restaurants.

Great place for LA International Music festival
We visited from New Orleans with our 3 kids for the LA International Music Festival. The place was as advertised and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Short walk to a community pool that had a good amount of shallow end (3’). Good nearby grocery store. We had a minor hiccup with initial communication but the owner worked hard to make it right and was easily accessible via text or phone. Would recommend to others!

Excellent choice
The place was one of the cleanest places I've stayed. It was fully furnished with upscale furnishings, not cookie cutter, all designer. Prime example, the towels are Ralph Lauren. The kitchen has very nice utensils as well. The king size bed has to be the most comfortable bed I've slept in awhile. It is located close to all your needs. Excellent shopping nearby. I like the place so much I decided to extend another 30 days. Michelle has been a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place

Great bed!
The Master BR had the best bed of any property we have stayed. Both BRs have plenty of storage & are spacious. Kitchen well appointed, great living room couch that reclines, nice large w/d. Full & 1/2 bath a little tight & small but workable. Nice patio with table & chairs, front yard well-kept & 2 parking spots at front door. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants. Michelle really wanted us to enjoy our stay.
