It’s close to town, easy to navigate area. Nice that we weren’t right on top of other people. Plenty of parking also. "

A few minor things. The upper A/C. I cleaned the filter it was pretty dirty. It is also extremely loud (it really rattles) I believe to not being shimmed level. In the upper bathroom I cleaned the shower head a lot of holes were clogged. The upper fan speed can not be adjusted due to pull string being gone. ...
