The terraced house offers friends and families an inexpensive alternative to accommodation in the hot spots of Sölden and Obergurgl. The ski equipment for 4 people has enough space in its own ski storage room. Highlights: 1 visit to the sauna per week included Activities nearby: The possibilities for hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, running and climbing are almost unlimited in the Ötztal. Huben is particularly suitable for many sports thanks to the wide, level pool. Children will be enthusiastic about the “Water and Stones” adventure park, the “Ötztaler Funpark” and the many riding stables in the area. Längenfeld also offers a mini golf course and a beautiful swimming pool. The rafting and canyoning tours with a local outdoor provider as well as several via ferratas, optionally with local mountain guides, ensure a lot of action.

Decent size with facilities as described. Location was ideal for travelling to other areas but close enough to use the free bus service (which was only a very short walk away) Parking was fine A more comfortable settee would hit the 5 star mark

Wir waren sehr mit der Ferienwohnung zufrieden,die Vermieter waren höflich und zuvorkommend und kleine Mängel wurden gleich abgestellt, Wir haben den Urlaub hier genossen und auch unsere Zweibeiner fühlten sich hier wohl, Natürlich gibt es immer kleinere Mängel und jeder hat eine andere Vorstellung von Komfort, Für uns war entscheidend das die Wohnung sauber und gemütlich ist und beides traf zu, Vielleicht sollte jeder ein bisschen dazu beitragen das mit dem Inventar vernünftig umgegangen wird und es so hinterlässt wie er es vorfinden möchte, Und noch ein guten Rat an die ewigen Nörgler

Die Hütte war absolut in Ordnung! Es war komplett ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Personen und unsere 2 Labradore. Schön, dass es unten auch ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer gab, sodass wir für nichts nach oben gehen mussten. Wir konnten auch draußen unter einem kleinen Baldachin sitzen. Einziger Nachteil des Hauses war die Aussicht, man war zwischen den anderen Häusern und es gab keinen Blick auf die schöne Natur. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Der Ort Huben liegt zentral im Ötztal, sodass man schnell sowohl im Talschluss als auch im Talschluss ist. Wir haben schöne Spaziergänge gemacht! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem schönen, ruhigen Dorf und hat einen super freundlichen Besitzer. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hatte eine Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Brosche und Wasserkocher. Das Cottage hatte auch einen Holzofen und kostenloses Holz ist verfügbar.3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Wir und der Hund haben es sehr genossen.

Sehr einfach

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt in Huben etwas enttäuscht. Das Haus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet und nicht gemütlich. Keine Teppiche, Keine dezente Beleuchtung, Keine Tischdecke, Keine Kerzen. Das Sofa ist sehr klein (nur für 2 Personen) und steht lieblos in der Ecke. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig, auch die Nachbarn hört man. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen. Außerdem war nicht beschrieben, dass die Sauna 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist, Zudem ist diese sehr ungemütlich und dunkel. Wir werden nicht nochmal kommen und das Haus auch nicht empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Die Vermieter waren immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Zusammen mit zwei Jugendlichen hatten wir eine entspannte Zeit, da es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle gibt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den wunderbaren Urlaub.

wir waren 14 Tage in Huben. Der Ort liegt ruhig neben der Hauptstrasse Richtung Sölden.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Aussenbereich mit Grillplatz und Grill liess zu wünschen übrig. Nicht sauber und gepflegt.

Sehr gastfreundlich und eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft

Die Gastfreundlichkeit hat uns sehr gefallen. Hervorragend für mehrere Pärchen oder Freunde geeignet, da jedes Schlafzimmer über einen separates Badezimmer verfügt. Ansonsten einfach gehalten, aber alles vorhanden. Grillen ebenfalls jederzeit möglich. Die Lage war für ins sehr vielversprechend. Gerne wieder!
