Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park "Area 47" 26 km. Ski resort Soelden Oetztal-Arena, 13 km, can be reached by free ski bus. The natural thermal baths (Aqua Dome), just 400 m away. Additionally in the wellness area: herbal sauna, infrared cabin, experience-showers, Kneipp basin and relaxation room. For the little ones: children’s play area, playroom and climbing room. Positiv perfekte Lage , in naher Umgebung sind Restaurants, Geschäfte um zB Fahrrädern auszuleihen , sehr idyllisch mit Weide , toller Blick auf die Berge , Aqua Dome zu Fuß erreichbar.. Zimmer - naja .. negativ Die Parkplätze (eigener Stellplatz)sind etwas zu eng Wenn man die Eingangstür rein kommt stinkt alles nach Chlor vom Schwimmbad , sehr unangenehm Bei Ankunft waren noch Rückstände vom Vermieter in der Toilette, absolutes no go Kein tv im schlafbereich Bad stinkt unangenehm

Appartement conforme à la description, propre, manque juste quelques équipements, type micro ondes, bouilloire... Piscine en sous-sol agréable, propre, avec jacuzzi, juste un peu fraîche. Location bien située, au milieu du village, à proximité des bus et des commerces. A recommander, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Był dostępny basen rekreacyjny oraz zespół saun. Położenie w centrum miejscowości również zaliczam na spory plus. Jedynym mankamentem było moim zdaniem wyposażenie kuchni. Nie było np. czajnika do przygotowania herbaty.

Appartement nicht geeignet für 3 Personen. Ungemütliche, unpraktische und zu enge WG. Sauna wurde nie heiß und war lediglich für 4 Personen geeignet. Kein oder sehr schlechtes Wlan. TV schauen nur mit Nackenstarre.

We hadden een klein ski-appartementje verwacht maar het was eerder een studio, veel groter dan verwacht. Met slaapkamer, badkamer, inkomhal, balkon, living + keuken. Aanrader voor 2-3 personen
