Overall our stay was great, there were a few small things which caused me to give 4 stars vs. 5 stars.
First, let’s start with positive, the house was beautifully decorated, had a great lanai overlooking a pond, and was in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get in and the hosts were responsive and friendly when we contacted them.
Now for the few things we didn’t like. We arrived at night and there were no outside lights on or motion censored lights to help us see our way.
The mattress in the master bedroom was too stiff and the pillows too thin/soft for our preference.
The coffee setup was not great, there were only a few maple pecan k-cups and the half-n-half cups went bad because they weren’t refrigerated. However, there was a regular coffee pot too, so we could have brought our own coffee.
Lastly, even though the house was spotless we had an issue with some palmetto bugs in the house. The host immediately shipped us spray and traps which worked like a charm, so we didn’t have any issues after first two days.
