A Guest Favorite! Close to Town Squares w/ Golf Cart

Don't miss out on this tastefully updated home in the Villages and close to all of the action of two Town Squares. A short golf cart ride away from Spanish Springs Town Square and about 10 minutes from Lake Sumter Square. Both squares offer live entertainment every evening. There are also numerous stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby - no need to rent a car, you can get everywhere by Golf Cart, which is included free of charge (4 seats).

The home has all new furnishings and includes everything you will need to feel at home.

You will have access to the entire house.

The master and 2nd bedrooms both have king beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space (there is a walk in closet in the master).

The master bedroom also includes a desk and adjustable desk chair for those who may be working from home.

The master shower includes a brand new tiled walk-in shower. The guest bath has a newly installed tub/ shower combo.

The kitchen is also brand new with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked (pots/ pans, dishes, glasses, serving bowls/trays, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pots, crock pot, blender and much more).

This is a ranch style house with no stairs to enter the home or any of the rooms.

Enjoy the screened in lanai while you sip your morning coffee or settle in for the evening with a glass of wine (love seat glider and two comfortable cushioned chairs).

The dinning room has seating for 6 and the living room has a reclining couch, love seat and a 65 inch smart tv.

There is a full size washer and dryer (detergent provided)

WiFi is included for those who want to stream movies or need to work from home!

There is a patio off of the living room with lots of privacy, a table with chairs for four and a gas grill.

Enjoyed our stay here. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Very clean and great location. Owner is easy to work with. It was nice they had some snacks and coffee for us plus had personal care items for you to use. I will stay here again if we come back to this area.

Great home near Spanish Springs
Very comfortable and welcoming. The home has a nice lanais right in front. The perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It has a nice smaller Kitchen with everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The Gas golf cart is a plus! Communication with the owner is excellent.

2 bedroom spacious home with golf cart and pet friendly. Great location between 2 town squares. Needed help from owner to get on golf course and they responded quickly. Clearly gave some thought to a few extras to make stay more pleasant.

The house was perfect. Everything was spotless. We used the lanai often. The house is located close to El Santiago recreation center and Spanish Springs town center. Val was very helpful with any questions. We highly recommend Serenity Place.

This rental was wonderful! It had all the cooking utensils and pans that we wanted and even a plentiful spice supply. The bedrooms were spacious with new comfortable mattress and fully stocked with towels and even towels for the local swimming pools. We throroughly enjoyed our stay at Val's house. Oh, and the golf cart was a hoot to drive!

My husband & i brought my kim & her friend to The Villages to get a taste of TV life & do a little house hunting. This property was PERFECT! Val was great at communicating prior to our stay, answering questions, getting guest passes, etc. we’ll definitely try to hook this one again when we come back after the holidays to purchase our home.

We had 10 people for a family dinner on Saturday night. I would have preferred to have the dinner in this unit, but the other house was a lot larger. This house was well appointed. It had shower accessaers coffee and even dog food. This house was used as extra bedrooms to go along with the 3 bedroom house a few blocks away. NICE stay.

This was our first trip to The Villages. The Owner was very helpful by allowing us to check-in as my friend was sick with vertigo and unable to walk when we arrived. The next day we were able to get out and ride the golf cart and see what the fuss was all about. What a great community. This is how I would love to live my retirement years but it's not enough to keep me away from Grandkids. Seriously, everything anyone could want is right here in walking or golf-cart distance. We plan to return. Thankyou for your help.

Winter Escape
Our 5 weeks at Serenity Place exceeded every expectation possible. The house was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed. The host provides many extra touches that make the experience extra special. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect. Its close to the rec center, shopping and Spanish Springs yet quiet and shockingly private. Our host was the absolute best we've ever had with an incredible response time. The pictures do not deceive; if anything it's nicer in person.

Lovely home in a central location in the Villages
Home was immaculate & well cared for. Had all the items we could need for a stay - fully stocked kitchen with all big appliances & countertop cooking appliances, dishes, cleaning supplies (& even pet bowls!), fast internet which made working a breeze. The host, Val, included everything we could possibly need in all rooms, there was even a junk drawer in the kitchen with random odds & ends - need a battery or some tape? Check the drawer! The furnishings were comfortable, & even though we primarily used the home to sleep since we spent the full day with family we were visiting down the road, I have no doubt that we could have just hit the grocery store & been ready to move right in! The neighborhood is quiet & a quick golf cart ride to the pool, pickleball, several golf courses, Spanish Springs town square & other cart paths to explore all that the northern section of the Villages has to offer. The kids loved the golf cart & it made it very convenient to get around. The only downside is, while the home sleeps 4, it 2 king beds & it would have been nice to have 2 smaller bed options in the 2nd bedroom, but we made it work. All in all, it was a lovely stay & I would definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your home Val!
