My kids came to visit and we don’t have room for them to stay. We relaxed, enjoyed shopping the squares and eating out, and floated in the pool. Perfect weather!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the rental property, I was immediately struck by its immaculate condition. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, providing all necessary amenities to prepare a wide range of culinary dishes. The Spanish Spring area was particularly enjoyable for its music and restaurant scene. One minor drawback was the loose tiling around the swimming pool. However, the screened-in lanai, pool floats, and ample seating area made for a delightful spot to soak up the sun.

Quiet and relaxing.
We loved the neighborhood where the house was located. It was very quiet, and the neighbors were super friendly. There was a dog park nearby that we could walk to with our retriever. The pool was not heated which we knew but warmed up enough to use by the end of the month. My only complaint was the master bedroom mattress- if was very uncomfortable. We bought a 3 in mattress topper which worked out for our stay. Overall, we loved our stay!

There is a minor issue with small ants on counter tops and dining room table. Ant traps were present. I would stay there again for sure as this is a premium location and very nice villa! Reviewer Comments: The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. when we arrived, the house was clean, and the description of the layout was accurate. We loved the location because it was between the Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter squares where would go nightly to listen to music and walk around. There is a dog park a short walk from the house where we could take our dog. The Villages has so many activities for all interests. We tried a few, but also loved relaxing at the pool and just reading. The house does not come with a golf cart, but we weren't bothered by that because things were so close we would walk or take our car. We extended our stay a few days because the weather was so terrific we didn't want to go home.

Quiet retreat
The property provided a quiet retreat to work remotely while my son attended a summer program at Beacon college. I enjoyed an after work swim each day. A real unexpected treat was fireworks that could be seen from the livingroom window.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the process of renting and access was easy. Cleaning could have used some help. very dusty under sofa and beds. Sofa cushions need to be cleaned/vacuumed. The kitchen could be better equipped with untensils, pots, pans. Many had been scratched over time and you should not use them if the non-stick surfaces have been damaged. Pool and outside patio were nice although the weather didn't really accommodate swimming in an unheated pool. Property is on a corner that had constant traffic which was annoying when sitting outside. The lanai shows its age.However, the house was the right size for us.
