Room: run down & needs reno. Didnt want to sit on their cloth couch w/ stains on it. Like big fridge. We had suite w/ 2 rooms which is great. Cant use 2 blow dryer at same time, blew fuse.
Pool: dirty & kids refused to swim in it again
Location: only that is close by wakii g distancr is terminal 21. Everything else we needed to hail a taxi. So i will pick a different location if i come back to bangkok. Restaurants are very tourisy so didnt try it there is cheap food stalls which was 1 good thing.
Internet: none in ensuite & staff said cant do anything about it

This is a great place today, especially if you get a suite with lounge access. Free food and drinks. The room was nice. The staff were very accommodating. It seemed to be 20-25 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, but that may just be Bangkok traffic.

The hotel was in a great location, close to transit, shopping, and the river for ferry or tour boats. Pool was beautiful and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of options. The fitness centre was very good with a wide variety of equipment. We stayed in a “family room” which was a 1 bedroom apartment with in suite laundry, great for travelling with kids. The staff were wonderful. So glad we stayed here.

This the 2nd time I book this hotel. Cleanliness & friendly staffs are the main point. Got free shuttle tuk tuk to main road Chidlom BTS. 1st time got free room upgrade but this time round don’t have. But overall still very good experience. Will book again in the future if I visit Bangkok again.
