"Nice room with great air-conditioning. Late checkout at 11 was great. Good gym. I liked that that the hotel dinner went till 21. I usually stay at Hotel Fontana, which is more expensive, but i think Zepter is better, so I'll come here again!"

"It is an excellent hotel in the city center, near many attractions. The hotel offers excellent food, including breakfast, and the coffee bar is reasonably priced. I advise anyone not to eat at any restaurants outside and to enjoy their food and drinks. Good spa and wellness center. I enjoyed Suna and Hamam so much. The only thing I didn't expect from the hotel was that they asked for parking fees at check-out, and it wasn't mentioned at check-in that parking was with fees."

"Easily the nicest hotel in Kragujevac. Clean, modern, with all the amenities you could ask for. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the beds are comfortable too. The restaurant is excellent and my only feedback would be to have some traditional Serbian options in the menu, like palicinke for breakfast. Overall, excellent hotel"
