Nestled in the countryside, just 2 km from Lacoste and 4 km from Bonnieux, this 19th century Provencal farmhouse offers an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding valley and the vineyards of the Luberon.
Lacoste is renowned for its castle, formerly the property of the Marquis de Sade and now restored by Pierre Cardin. This castle hosts an annual festival of young artists, with theatre, dance and opera performances. During your holidays in Lacoste, you can also discover the 12th century church, the paved alleys and the old stone quarries.
The farmhouse is ideally located to explore the most beautiful hilltop villages of the Luberon such as Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon and Lourmarin, while enjoying the many activities nearby: hiking, cycling, golf, horse riding, and canoeing on the Sorgue.
The nearest major cities are: Apt 13 km, Cavaillon and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue 22 km, Avignon 45 km and Aix-en-Provence 82 km.

EXTERIOR
This Provencal farmhouse with a pool in the Luberon has an unenclosed garden of one hectare, planted with vines and local vegetation. The farmhouse is backed by a hill. Magnificent stone walls shaped by time decorate the building.
The garden includes:
- A splendid private pool with a magnificent view (12x6m, depth of 1.2m to 2m, in service from mid-April to mid-October, with an alarm-type safety system and accessible by steps).
- A pool house with a relaxation area, a summer kitchen (Plancha, fridge, crockery and hob) and a shower room (Shower and toilet).
- Spacious terrace with a nice garden furniture.

INTERIOR
This Provencal farmhouse with a pool in the Luberon has an area of 120 m². It will seduce you with its authenticity. It has been completely renovated with local materials.
It consists of:

GROUND FLOOR:
Main living room (37 m²) with a lounge area, TV with TNT, DVD, Wifi, fireplace and dining area. You will be charmed by its French-style ceilings that give a unique and pleasant atmosphere.
Kitchen (12 m²) with hob (2 gas and 2 induction burners), oven, American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker.
A utility room (5 m²) with the washing machine and a sink.

1ST FLOOR:
- A bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed 160 with a staircase leading to an outdoor patio.
- A bedroom (9 m²) with a double bed 140.
- A bedroom (12 m²) with two single beds 90 (access is through the 2nd bedroom).
A bathroom (6 m²) with 2 sinks, corner bathtub and shower.

All bedrooms are upstairs. The charming house is thus not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
