"Cons first. The picture shown is the property we booked but we ended up in the (slightly) smaller one next door. (An occurrence that apparently has happened before). We knew it had a mezz floor bedroom when we booked it but it proved to be too hard to access and the ceiling height made it very claustrophobic to use. The bathroom is very small. "The apartment is beautifully situated and was clean and airy. The only downsides were the A/C unit in the living room not running cold and it was very hot and we were met by a lovely lady who couldn’t speak any English at all, and I don’t speak a lot of French. And she was trying to get safety deposit cash from me which wasn’t mentioned in the booking, which I believe said no hidden fees."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night.
