"The hotel was great! First time in NOLA and will it be staying in the French quarter again…Nothing against the royal sonesta! The area is just a little too crowded and dirty and noisy for my taste."

"Obviously a bit of a walk from the French Quarter, but well worth it: the room is huge, very modern and quiet (except some bar hoppers coming back to their room at 2am, but certainly not the hotel’s fault). I really enjoyed my stay here."

"Really enjoyed our 4 nights at the French Market Inn. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is very charming and clean. Room was comfortable and you can’t beat the location on Decatur which is more quiet but close to everything you want to walk to. Will be back! "

"The Intercontinental Hotel aims to please. We arrived very early due to an early flight. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city. Ii received a call from the hotel before 12:30pm to inform us our room was ready, 3 1/2 hours early! We made our way back to the room, took a much needed nap, cleaned up and headed back out for the night. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious and the balcony is an added bonus. I would recommend this...

"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...
