"Excellent location for us (near family, shopping and public transportation), well-appointed and spacious apartment, and with a surprisingly expansive view of Jerusalem from the lovely balcony. It's on the "first floor," but that's really more like the 5th floor of the building, as the lower floors are office space, and the building is situated on a hill. Highly recommend this property. "The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals."
