"Clean home with great updates that was very accommodating for our group of 7 (three adult couples and one college student). We really enjoyed the beauty of the area. The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking family meals. As with many old homes, the stairs are a little steep and there is a main floor bedroom for those who need to avoid stairs. "

We were happy with the location as it was very quiet and easy to get around the Tacoma area. Emmy was very responsive as we only ran into one issue with the hot water heater not functioning correctly. She was able to fix that issue remotely although we did have it happen again the next day. "Andrew was very easy to communicate with and always very accommodating. His home is VERY clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely. For a smaller home there is great use of the space. It never felt small. He has everything you could possible want stocked in the home. My only suggestion would be to change the description of the beds from twin size to the size that they are which is full size beds. I would hate for people to pass on renting this beautiful home because of the bed size when it...

"Property is basically as advertised. Well stocked and clean. It’s a 10min drive to most activities in town but there is a restaurant located in the Marina. The bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom with a tall staircase to navigate in the middle of the night, but there is a darling deck off the bedroom with fun outdoor lights for a nice evening. "
