"Our room was in amongst renovated farm buildings, rustic on the outside but nice and well appointed inside. There was a pool. It was set in wooded hills a few miles from Sarlat. Peaceful and beautiful. The reception and restaurant were in a seperate building a couple of kilometers away. Access was by a one way system of narrow roads. The setup was unusual but enjoyable. We ate outdoors every evening and the cuisine was great. We would go again if visiting this area."

"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

" Monique is a superb host and very helpful. The property has everything you could need in a small apartment. Everything was clean. The addition of an outside sitting area, free WiFi and parking made our stay special. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day - also included. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped - enough cooking and baking equipment do make almost anything. Exceptional value for money and very comfortable space. We will no doubt be back in future. "
