Pleasant semi detached house, on two levels, 43m² approximately, for the welcome of six people. Privileged south west orientation. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed (double sleeping), opens, with bay windows, on two terraces with forest view equipped with garden furniture. The equipped kitchen opens to the living/dining room. The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds and a trundle bed,a bath room with sink and toilet (a 2nd independent WC is accessible on the ground floor). You have a numbered car park. Reach the beach and shops 3.5 km away, golf and restaurant 500 m away, lake 3 km away (REF 02098)BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Lacanau sans la foule
Très bonne situation golf et pinède, non loin du centre (20 mn à vélo). En période d'affluence, on peut profiter des tranquilles bars-restaurants du golf à pied (200 mètres). Déco et aménagement dépassés.
