New apartment, facing the sea, all comfort, furnished terrace, located in the center of Lacanau, close to shops and entertainment, walking and cycling. Many activities: available in the surrounding area:, surfing, paddle, kite surfing, body boarding, sailing, optimist, pedal boat, windsurfing, Equestrian activities.
You can also take advantage of the proximity of the Médoc and its castles for visits to these castles, their cellars and taste their wines or take advantage of your stay to visit the city of Bordeaux.

A parking space is reserved for you. Secure parking in the basement of the residence except for oversized vehicle

Je pourrais parler de la proximité de la plage (plus près, c’est impossible), des commerces (tout à pied), des restos et autres glaciers (il n’y a que la balance qui fait la tête), de la tranquillité de garer sa voiture au sous-sol alors que toutes les places sont payantes à Lacanau… mais en ouvrant les baies vitrée de la terrasse, on se tait pour écouter l’océan chanter et le soleil tous les soirs baisser le rideau d’une belle journée !

De l'arrivée au départ, tout s'est passé à merveille. Bon accueil de Dorothée et séjour très agréable. L'appartement est idéalement situé face à la mer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine et avons profité des restaurants donc je ne sais pas si les équipements cuisine sont ok mais en regardant dans les placards cela semble correct. L'appartement est très confortable pour 6 personnes. Bref, rien à redire, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Schöner Ort, toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen
Der Ort ist perfekt gelegen. Freundlicher Austausch. Die Räume sind sehr schön aufgeteilt, gut eingerichtet, recht ruhig obschon sehr zentral gelegen. Abzüge gibt es aufgrund des Restaurants, dass in den Hinterhof unangenehme Gerüchte ablässt. Somit sind zwei Zimmer nicht zu belüften zwischen 10:00-00:00 Uhr. Auf der Terrasse kann es hin und wieder auch riechen, ob man gewöhnt sich daran. Weiterhin wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man sich im Innenhof die Füsse säubern könnte, um das Haus zu betreten, dies ist am Strand nicht überall möglich, zumindest im Herbst '23 nicht. Diese Punkte überschatten aus unserer Sicht nicht eine wunderbare Zeit. Vielleicht lässt sich an dem einen oder anderen Punkt etwas ändern.

Emplacement idéal. La literie est confortable et pour le reste je ne sais pas trop car nous nous avons tout le temps été dehors. La terrasse est très appréciable pour le café du matin. appartement confortable / agréable.
Correspond à nos attentes en termes de confort, situation car proche de toutes les commodités. Le parking en sous-sol serait parfait s'il n'était pas aussi difficile d'y manoeuvrer malgré la possibilité d'utiliser une grande plaque tournante electrique, puis de garer la voiture sur son emplacement assez étroit (break de 4.90m que j'ai malheureusement endommagé lors d'une manoeuvre). Afin de parfaire l'utilisation de la terrasse, 2 transats seraient appréciables car il y a suffisamment d'espace en plus de la grande table et des 4 chaises pour déjeuner/diner. Le canapé/convertible a ses coussins un peu fatigués, la literie dans les 3 chambres est par contre, de bonne qualité. En conclusion, séjour agréable dans cet appartement spacieux et assez rare sur LACANAU OCEAN.
