Great apartment with BBQ right next to a beautiful beach
Spacious, modern apartment with 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 2 bathrooms, and a fabulous rpivate BBQ area in the terrace. Great beds and kitchen appliances. Right next to a paradise beach with great bars. Very near supermarket. Loved our stay and Cyrielle was fantastic at solving any issues we encountered. Thank you!

Good accommodation with a few minor issues
The accommodation is in a top location. You literally fall straight out of the door onto the beach via the promenade. The communication with the rental company and the handover were great. Unfortunately, the property makes a somewhat neglected impression. The shower is leaking, furniture is chipped, it rains through the closed patio door and the cleanliness also left something to be desired. The faulty toilet was repaired as soon as we contacted them, but I wonder whether a toilet for 8 people is a comfortable condition. Incidentally, the exhaust fan of the neighbouring restaurant is located on the roof, which means noise on the one hand and the smell of food on the terrace on the other. The first points mentioned can still be improved, the ventilation will probably not be able to be changed. All in all, I can recommend it. We enjoyed our stay.

Große Unterkunft in top Lage
Insgesamt eine schöne große Wohnung mit genügend Platz, auch für eine Gruppe mit acht Leuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Grill) jedoch sind manche Einrichtungsgegenstände nicht die beste Qualität (z.B. Ofen oder Esstisch). Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist direkt im Zentrum und hat einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Allerdings kam jeden Abend ein unerträglicher Geruch von draußen, wir vermuten, dass es von den Restaurants kam. Während des Geruchs war es nicht möglich, draußen zu sitzen und wir mussten die Fenster schließen. Nach einer Weile war dies wieder vorbei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos.

L’appartement est confortable. Il y a deux salles de bain mais seulement un WC. La literie est très correcte. L’insonorisation est bonne. Le mobilier dans son ensemble a un peu « vécu ». Concernant la place du parking - c’est une seule place (bien que l’appartement soit pour huit personnes) située à environ 220 mètres du logement (place aérienne non sécurisée) en sachant que le stationnement est payant dans toute la ville de Lacanau-Océan et les places très proches de l’appartement sont au tarif le plus élevé (de 9 à 20 heures - variable pour le prix selon la saison et l’endroit du stationnement). Il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité. La plage est vraiment très proche.

Super semaine en mode inter générationnel!!
D’abord un emplacement idéal car tout est accessible à pieds. Éventuellement des vélos (location possible à quelques pas) peuvent permettre d’explorer les environs un peu moins proches. Nous étions 3 générations et chacun a passé une semaine à sa guise (surf (cours ou en autonomie)/plage/bar/resto/marché diurne/marché nocturne/ animations du soir/piste cyclable/supermarché de belle taille à 300m) et à son rythme. Ensuite un appartement très confortable et de bon goût. Pour finir, la personne qui se charge de l’accueil est très agréable et disponible en cas de questions avant et pendant le séjour. À refaire!! Suggestions : des lits simples, jumelables pour faire des grands lits (en fonction des besoins) dans 2 des 4 chambres me paraîtraient plus pratiques pour accueillir 2 couples avec des enfants. Les chambres le permettent car elles sont spacieuses.

Für 2 Familien mit Kindern bestens geeignet. Sehr nahe am Strand. Großes Wohnzimmer. Kleiner Innenhof. Ausstattung könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (etwas wenig Gläser und Besteck). Alles in allem aber eine tolle Location.
