This wooden house of about 100m2 (with outbuildings and enclosed garden of 800m2), facing south, is ideally located in the Marina of Talaris, a privileged, private and secure location.

The forest, nature, a private beach, a restaurant, a hamlet of sports (tennis-multi-sports-petanque-large heated swimming pool) as well as many cycle paths and water activities (paddle-sailing-water games).
Nearby: horse riding, water skiing, surfing, golf courses (Mejanne9holes-Ardilouse18holes-UCPA9compact holes).

Havre de paix

La maison de Marie Noëlle est très agréable à vivre en famille, bien située entre lac et Océan. Marie Noëlle est très accueillante, réactive dans la communication. La maison est très bien équipée, la SDB et la literie sont top, le jardin est grand avec plusieurs espaces détente. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Séjour parfait!

Très bon séjour dans cette belle location. Maison très jolie, avec une situation parfaite! Au calme, tout en étant proche du lac et de l’océan, le tout niché dans la forêt. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un gros plus et nous ont permis de nous déplacer pendant notre séjour sans voiture, en toute sécurité (pistes cyclables). La piscine de la résidence et le restaurant sont également très agréables.

Nous avons passez 1 excellent séjour, maison au top ainsi que le jardin. La marina vous propose 1 site exceptionnel entre foret et mer. La propriétaire est très accueillante avec ses petites intentions, nous la remercions grandement pour nous avoir ouvert les portes de son paradis.

Un véritable havre de paix !

Nous avons passé un EXCELLENT séjour dans cette adorable maison décorée avec goût et où tout est fait pour passer des vacances reposantes (le calme, les transats, le hamak, les salons de jardin...) mais aussi sportives car les activités ne manquent pas (vélos mis à notre disposition, le lac à proximité, la piscine, les tennis sans oublier l'océan...). La maison est très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Il y a même le petit studio que notre aîné a beaucoup apprécié pendant ces quelques jours avec nous. Merci encore Marie Noëlle pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nature et sérénité ...

Maison très coquette à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, environnement très calme pour un séjour en famille et bébé en toute sérénité dans cette magnifique résidence au bord du lac. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation et la fraicheur naturelle de ce logement surtout les jours de canicule. Nous reviendrons surement à l'occasion. Relaxing days in Marina de Talaris

We spent very relaxing days in Marina de Talaris in a very nice, spacious and lovingly furnished house with a large garden and great terrace. The landlady is very nice, accommodating and really uncomplicated. The location is very quiet, in the middle of the forest and well suited for family activities. We made great excursions and enjoyed the perfect beach in Lacanau Océan, which was accessible in 10-15 minutes by car. Our conclusion: a great vacation that we will gladly repeat.

Formidables Beachhouse *****

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Beachhouse von Marie Noelle verbracht und es hat alles perfekt gepasst .. Lage, Ausstattung, Garten .. phantastisch ..es gibt sogar ein kleines separates Häuschen auf dem Grundstück mit Bett (perfekt für Kinder in der Pubertät) ..und dazu eine herzliche und sympathische Gastgeberin .. ..die Umgebung mit dem See und dem Atlantik lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen .. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!! Idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus in Lacanau

Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern und unserem Hund einen tollen Urlaub an der Atlantikküste. Das sehr schön gelegene und eingerichtete Haus entspricht in allen Angaben der Beschreibung. Alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten wie Strand, See, Bordeaux, Dune du Pilat, ....

Très jolie maison, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, tout y est soigné: la déco, les aménagements paysagers dans le jardin, la propreté parfaite de la maison, et tout est mis à disposition pour se sentir vraiment en vacances, BBQ, divers meubles de jardins, transats, hamac, vélos, ... , par une propriétaire particulièrement charmante et accueillante.
