Beautiful family house located in the heart of the pine forest of the Marina de Talaris for 10 people. A fully equipped kitchen area, a living room, serving as a lounge / dining room with a dining area. The house has four bedrooms, two with double beds (160 cm), one with bunk beds (90 cm), and one with two single beds (90 cm). A first bathroom with shower, WC, a second bathroom with Italian shower, independent WC. Possibility of parking on the unfenced plot of almost 1000 m². Large terrace of 70 m² with garden furniture. Garden shed accessible for your nautical equipment or bikes. Free wifi connection. Access to the marina's services: unheated communal swimming pools open from 15 June to 15 September, tennis courts, city stadium, restaurant, bread and pastry shop, lake and cycle paths. Ref 04094. No pets allowed.
