Logement fonctionnel et refait à neuf
La cuisine est parfaitement équipée (four traditionnel, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, machine Nespresso, grille pain, aspirateur Dyson...) Les deux lits de 80x200 peuvent être joints facilement pour en faire un lit double. Il y a 2 couettes de 140x200 et 1 couette de 220x240, ce qui est un vrai avantage. Il y a un balcon fermé par un bais, ce qui permet de profiter de cet espace même quand il ne fait pas beau. L'orientation de l'appartement, Est (les 2 chambres) et ouest (le salon/salle à manger, permet d'assurer un courant d'air qui rafraichi l'appartement, même quand il fait chaud dehors. Il y a plusieurs rallonges multiprises, ce qui permet de recharger aisément ses appareils. La télévision connectée à la box wifi permet de regarder netfix, amazon prime (selon l'abonnement dont on dispose) La porte des WC s'ouvre vers l'intérieur, ce qui n'est pas très pratique.

L’appartement est juste pour 4 personnes, joliment décoré et surtout très bien situé proche de l’océan. Petit bémol car il n’y a aucun document pour l’utilisation des différents appareils électroménager, wifi...

Appartement très joli refait à neuf récemment et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Emplacement idéal juste à côté du centre et en face de l'océan. La procédure d'entrée et de sortie est des plus simplifiée ce qui est fort agréable.

The location, equipment, the interior design and wifi. 1.Car Parking must be fully cemented. 2.The main door is too weak and can be opened easily by thief. 3.The glass of bedroom windows are condensed. 4 .A Satellite so more TV program like CNN ,BBC France TV and Aljazeera can be watched.
