"Property was well located and easy access. Cleaning was not so good we had to do laundry at 11h PM and 2 young children had to wait until 1AM to go to sleep. The worst part was when we tried to call service to get extra linings for the beds in question. Tthe apparently owner was not only rude but mainly arrogant, insulting us with very inappropriate language. "This chalet was everything we had hoped for. The place itself is large and clean and very comfortably fit our group of 14 - We could have easily fit 18. We saw some of the other reviews but found the place to be really well kept and loved the rustic charm of the older style furniture and wood panelling. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware we could need to cook for such a big group. The pool table was nice and we adored all the fireplaces but nothing beats this hot...
