"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

"It was a very comfortable condo and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner was very quick in responding to any questions we had and even stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. The weather was cool so we did not take advantage of the outdoor deck or fire pit but nice that they are available. "

"The outdoor area by the river was a complete dump with overgrown grass and overflowing garbage bins. No wood for outdoor fire. Inside the condo looked promising but the AC was not working and the windows are permanently closed shut (fire hazard). "Wonderful chalet in quiet location near Mont Edouard. Very comfortable bedrooms and kitchen space. Fun TV/pool table area downstairs. 15 minute drive from dock in L'Anse Saint Jean. Note that the upstairs bedrooms (2) are fairly warm during the summer (no AC). Basement areas stay nice and cool."
