"little issue about the accuracy of the booking regarding the room picture for studio superior ,it is misleading but it was corrected the next day by the front desk so no big deal but i suggest to show accurate picture at the booking site.All other things where excellent we had a great stay. "Place is good, just the bed quality was terrible, my wife and I woke up with pain everywhere, first time this happens after +20 nights in different hotels. Otherwise pool, spa qas great, personal at front desk great"

"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

"Property was clean and very comfortable, located close to ski/bike resort and 30 mins from Québec City. Only thing was we were there in a heat wave and there is only one portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms so made for some uncomfortable evenings in a loft unit."

"It was a very comfortable condo and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner was very quick in responding to any questions we had and even stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. The weather was cool so we did not take advantage of the outdoor deck or fire pit but nice that they are available. "

"The outdoor area by the river was a complete dump with overgrown grass and overflowing garbage bins. No wood for outdoor fire. Inside the condo looked promising but the AC was not working and the windows are permanently closed shut (fire hazard). Also, the outlet in the main bedroom had a burning smell when something was plugged in. (another fire hazard). Food garbage was under the couch. No property manager was onsite to address our issues- esp the AC during the extreme heat wave. He would...

"Wonderful chalet in quiet location near Mont Edouard. Very comfortable bedrooms and kitchen space. Fun TV/pool table area downstairs. 15 minute drive from dock in L'Anse Saint Jean. Note that the upstairs bedrooms (2) are fairly warm during the summer (no AC). Basement areas stay nice and cool."

"Il manquait d’éléments pour cuisiner, quand je réserve un logement, je ne m’attends pas à tout fournir. La propreté laissait à désirer: en ouvrant les divans lits, on découvrait des déchets et objets sous. Le drap était taché, dans le deuxième divan-lit, il y avait de la nourriture..le condo était loin de ressembler à ce qu’il y avait sur les images lors de la réservation.
