"Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service.
