ABOUT HOME:
This house is located 5 mins drive from the Caribbean sea coast. It is spacious and airy provided by large windows, providing lots of light and fresh air, coming in from the tropical sun. Available to Guests is an Air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, kitchen/dining, front yard, Parking, large veranda overlooking distant panoramic views. It is Located in Huerelle Estate, 2 mins drive from the village of Laborie/St. Lucia. The house is cooled down with powerful industrial ceiling fans in the living area and one (1) air conditioned en-suite bedroom, and also the natural Island breeze, circulating inside from large windows, bringing the beautiful outside in for extra ventilation. Guest can also use the large veranda, a perfect spot to cool off for an after noon nap taking in the fresh breeze of the Caribbean. There are plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor activities because of its location of short driving distances from beautiful beaches, which has everything you can wish for in a tropical setting.
This listing is not a shared space. Guest will be alone and have full access to the rooms and verandas described above.
The house and kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needs, including wifi.
CLIMATE:
St. Lucia's temperature is near perfect year round which ranges from 65-85 degrees (Fahrenheit) from December to May and 75-95 degrees from June to November. During winter you'll experience cool tropical breeze. You can wear comfortable and light clothing year round.
CARIBREEZE AGREEMENT POLICY

Caribreeze House policy is an agreement between Guests and Host, immediately after booking was completed, whether Guests read the policy or not.
VISITOR POLICY:
Absolutely no visitors allowed.
SECURITY & SAFETY:
Surveillance cameras are installed outside the property for safety purposes. Caribreeze is not responsible for Guests personal items gone missing. Close and lock windows and entrance doors before retiring to bed or leaving the house.
NEIGHBOURHOOD:
This house is located in a neighborhood. Landlord is not responsible for what neighbours do on their property. Guests have access to the front yard and the front yard only.
ENERGY POLICY:
To prevent aplliances from overheating, which can cause major fires, turn them off when not needed. Turn off lights, ceiling fans, AC unit etc. before going to bed or leaving the property. Caribreeze is not responsible for outages concerning WIFI, electricity, water etc. We are limited only to contact the local service providers, to sort out the issue.
AC OPERATIONS/VENTILATION:
Complimentary AC is available in the bedroom at night only, for ten (10 hours) starting at 10pm. Guests have the option to pay for unlimited AC access, for an extra fee Powerful industrial ceiling fans are also available inside the bedroom, living room and kitchen area.
SIGNAGE:
Follow signage posted inside the house to prevent inconvenience. For example (Windows and doors in the bedroom must be close before the AC unit turns on at 10pm). AC unit will automatically turn off and not turn on again, until 10 pm the following night, if this is not done.
AMENITIES:
We only provide the basic amenities posted online on our listing. Guests is responsible to purchase any extra ammenities required for the duration of the stay.
HEALTH & HYGIENE:
Place Gabbage inside blue container located outside the front yard, under the palm trees. Cleaning products are available in the kitchen and bathroom. (Absolutely No Smoking Indoors) However smoking is allowed in.the outside veranda, away from open windows.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry is available only once per Week. Contact landlord one day before the chosen laundry day, so the washing machine can be turned on. Washing machine will be turned off after, at 6pm.
WIFI USAGE:
Turn off WIFI devices that's not in use. We recommend using one wifi device at once, to help keep wifi speed at it's best.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY:
Report defective, or broken furniture, appliances immediately to the host.
