ABOUT HOME:
This house is located 5 mins drive from the Caribbean sea coast. It is spacious and airy provided by large windows, providing lots of light and fresh air, coming in from the tropical sun. Available to Guest is one (1) air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, kitchen/dining, Front Yard and Parking Space, large veranda overlooking distant panoramic views. It is Located in Huerelle Estate, 2 mins drive from the village of Laborie/St. Lucia. The house is cooled down with powerful ceiling fans in the living area and one (1) air conditioned en-suite bedroom, and also the natural Island breeze, circulating inside from large windows, bringing the beautiful outside in for extra ventilation. Guest can also use the large veranda, a perfect spot to cool off for an after noon nap taking in the fresh breeze of the Caribbean. There are plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor activities because of its location of short driving distances from beautiful beaches, which has everything you can wish for in a tropical setting.
This listing is not a shared space. Guest will be alone and have full access to the rooms and verandas described above.
The house and kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needs, including wifi.
PLEASE NOTE: The standard Voltage on the Island of Saint Lucia is 220 V. Portable electronics devices like cell phones, laptops, tablets, etc, are all equipped with dual voltage. So they are all safe to be charged at the house. Do not plug appliances including blow dryers, curling irons etc. without host permission. We provide power supply adapters if it's needed.
ENERGY INTERRUPTIONS>
Host is not responsible if there are any interruptions caused by the local service providers, to the water supply, WIFI, TV, Electricity, etc. Also be aware that the Solar water Heater will produce lower heat temperatures if rain continues for more than two days.
There is plenty of space for parking at the front yard, if you decide to rent a vehicle.
AIR CONDITION OPERATION:
1. Make sure bedroom door, bathroom door and all windows are closed before the AC unit comes on. There are signage on bathroom and bedroom door to remind guests to close doors and windows. Pull closed curtains aside to make sure windows are closed.
CLIMATE:
St. Lucia's temperature is near perfect year round which ranges from 65-85 degrees (Fahrenheit) from December to May and 75-95 degrees from June to November. During winter you'll experience cool tropical breeze. You can wear comfortable and light clothing year round.

OCCUPANCY>
A reminder that this booking is reserved for (two (2) Guests only). No visitor/visitors allowed for any reason whatsoever. Immediate cancellation of booking by hosts or extra charges will be charged per visitor, per day, by host discretion, on the website, this current booking was processed. Use Wilson's bar, which is a two minute walk from the home to socialize with family and friends.

ENERGY SAVING>
(A)Turn off all lights, fans, Air-conditioning unit etc, in rooms and veranda that are vacant for long periods of time, no matter if Guests is home or not and also before going to bed. If it's not being used, turn it off. The host is not responsible for service outages due to maintenance conducted by local service providers for electricity, water, wifi, etc. However, we will contact these service providers to have issues resolved asap.
Air-Condition Unit is automated and is only available in the bedroom, for 12 hours, from 8pm, free of charge. The air-conditioning unit will automatically turn off twelve (12) hours after it turned on. Follow signs on bedroom door, and make sure all doors and windows are closed shut before the unit turns on at 8pm. If doors or windows, including the restroom window, is left open, after the air-condition unit is turned on, the air-condition unit will automatically shut down and will not turn on until the following night at 8pm. Guests will then have to resort to using the backup ceiling fan for the remainder of the night.
TIP: If guest is not sure of the time returning to the home by 8pm. Make sure the doors and windows are closed in the bedroom area.
NOTE: Saint Lucia is located in a hot climate, and we understand this, therefore we also have an option for guests to enjoy A/C in the day as well, at the cost of an additional base fee of $60 USD per week. Guests can have A/C running in the day if it's needed. This $60 USD base fee per week may fluctuate, depending on Lucelec's current fee for electricity consumption on the island during the booking period. Use discretion when using electrical appliances. Help us save energy by turning off the air-condition unit as well, if it's not needed, no matter if guests are home or not. Guests can also save energy by lounging in the large veranda outside and enjoy some cool Caribbean Breeze.

NO SMOKING>
Absolutely no smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) is permitted inside this house. Guests may smoke outside in the designated area (Veranda). When smoking or otherwise using tobacco or similar products outside, do not leave cigarette butts or other traces of litter or tobacco use on the ground or anywhere else. Also, do not direct smoke towards open windows or open door entrances. Traces of smoking indoors will be a violation of our Damage Policy.

DAMAGE POLICY>
(A)Guests shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties
(as deemed by the Landlord in his sole discretion) which may result from Guests occupancy. Guests agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, all household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty are the only exceptions. Do not unplug or move electrical appliances, furniture, fixtures, etc. from their original locations. Guests understand that the Property will be inspected prior to guest checking-out. Guests who do not acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the Property will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or replacement value.

SECURITY/SAFETY>
NOTE: Be advised that there are several surveillance cameras placed outside the perimeter of the home.
Always (Close and lock doors and windows) during rain periods before going to bed and leaving the house even if it's just for a short period. This is to prevent rain water from entering the house and access to electrical outlet, indoor paint, etc, do a quick check to make sure all windows are (closed and locked), by looking behind closed curtains etc. Do not plug personal appliances, including hair dryers, curling irons, etc. without host permission.
Turn off electrical power switch for panini maker when not it use to prevent burns. Also, do not turn off switched that was found in the on position.
(CAUTION) Floor tiles indoors and outdoors are slippery when wet. Host will not be held liable for bodily harm caused by slippage on wet tiles indoors or outdoors due to guests' negligence of the policies above.

AMENITIES >
We only provide the basic amenities posted on our website, enough to sustain guests for a week. Then after, Guests will be responsible for providing and replenishing any extra amenity/amenities big or small, that they will need for the duration of the booking.

GARBAGE POLICY>
Tenant acknowledges that the landlord is not responsible for the disposal of Tenant’s waste, garbage, or trash, and that tenant shall arrange for the regular and periodic removal of such waste, garbage or trash from the home.
Do Not leave leftover food or garbage for more than three days inside the house. Dispose of garbage before checking out in the blue garbage container next to the palm tree in the front yard entrance.
WASHING MACHINE>
Guests are allowed to use the washing machine once per week. Let host know of preference day in advance.
CHECK OUT>
Check out is before 12pm. Guest requesting a later time to check out, will be required to pay a minimum fee of $30.00 USD in cash.
WIFI USAGE>
For best wifi experience, do not use more than two WIFI devices at once. Turn off WIFI on devices that are not in use.
GUESTS HEREBY CONFIRM THAT HE/SHE UNDERSTANDS THAT CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FOR FULL COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS ON/BEFORE CHECKING OUT.
