The enemy sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 100 m away from the apartment. You can start the day comfortably with a nice breakfast in the small nice café directly at the apartment house.

You are guaranteed to feel comfortable in this tastefully and modernly furnished 3-room apartment! It offers enough space for a family of up to 6 people. The cozy living area, with access to the balcony, is combined with an open, well-equipped kitchenette and a spacious dining table. The sofa bed, 1.40 m wide, can be quickly bedded for 2 people. From the living area you reach the cozy children's room with bunk beds. Past the kitchen is a small hallway with a cloakroom, from there the bright large bedroom with a double bed and the beautiful spacious shower room.

From this apartment you can walk to everything in Laboe, even to Kiel you can take the ferry to the city center. You can park your car conveniently in the underground car park with a headroom of 1.90 m in the apartment house.

A cozy beach chair for beautiful sunny days and mild evenings directly on the beach is available free of charge from May to September. Depending on the weather, your beach chair could be available earlier or later.
