The apartment is easily accessible by elevator (1 x 1 m).

On about 30 m², the apartment offers enough space for 3 people. The small living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people and an additional wall bed (90x200cm) for another person. The small kitchenette with attached dining area is also in the living area.

From here you have a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea and the harbor, certainly a place where you will never get bored.

There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house and if your holiday wardrobe is running out, there is a washing machine and dryer in the house.
