This beautiful apartment with a beautiful sea view is located in the well-known resort Rabac, also called the "Pearl of Kvarner", in an apartment building. The apartment is situated on a slope above the sea and has a nice terrace. There is also a shared outdoor pool, which offers you refreshment and fun during the summer months. Enjoy the sun and the crystal clear sea on the beautiful beaches of Rabac, which are considered the most beautiful beaches in Istria. In the evening, stroll along the promenade by the sea, where you will find souvenir stores, bars and restaurants. Be sure to visit the nearby historic old town of Labin. We also recommend you to make some excursions by boat from Rapca.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von dem Vermieter herzlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation lief absolut einwandfrei und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, ist gerade bei Reisen mit Kindern total super. Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist allerdings der große Balkon mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung lädt einfach zum entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Im Pool waren wir nur einmal, aber auch dieser ist schön und gepflegt. Allerdings sollte hier noch erwähnt werden, dass sich das Appartement für Gäste mit Auto empfiehlt. Der Weg vom Strand bis zur Wohnung ist lang und steil. Wir haben immer auf halber Strecke kostenfrei geparkt und haben uns so wenigstens etwas bewegt. 😊 Einfach ein unglaublich toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Komfortables Apartment mit tollem Panorama
Wir waren spontan auf der Suche nach einem Apartment im Norden von Kroatien und haben dabei auf die folgenden Kriterien Wert gelegt: Platz für mind. 3 Pers., eine moderne Ausstattung, Nähe zum Strand+Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ggf. Pool-Zugang. Lt. Online-Inserat erfüllte das Objekt all unsere Anforderungen und unsere Wahl war getroffen. Vor Ort wurden wir trotz strömenden Regens herzlich und mit einem Augenzwinkern empfangen: "Perfekten Start haben Sie sich ausgesucht, aber heute Nachmittag wird der Regen verzogen sein und die Sonne wieder scheinen". Bereits bei Betreten der Wohnung war der Regen fast vergessen. Sauber, hell und gemütlich präsentierte sich das Objekt. Unangefochtenes Highlight ist jedoch der große Balkon mit einem Panoramablick über die Bucht von Rabac bis zur Insel Cres. Uns hat es in unserer Woche Aufenthalt an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche sowie die einzelnen Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und begünstigen ein Wohlfühl-Zuhause-Gefühl. Abstriche gab es aus unserer Sicht keine, allerdings seien die folgenden Punkte zusätzlich erwähnt: Pool Zur Anlage mit etwa 20 Wohnparteien (davon gefühlt 5 dauerhaft belegt) gehört ein Pool. Dieser befindet sich jedoch direkt neben der Balkontür der unten liegenden Apartments. Insgesamt könnte so der Eindruck entstehen, dass der Pool von den unten wohnenden Nachbarn stark vereinnahmt wird und andere Gäste nicht unbedingt gern gesehen sind. Dies hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts allerdings nicht bestätigt. Sofern man kein Problem damit hat, in Sichtweite der Nachbarn zu plantschen, ist ein freundliches Miteinander möglich. Aufgrund seiner überschaubaren Größe eignet sich der Pool ohnehin eher für eine kurze Erfrischung als zum ausgiebigen Bahnen ziehen. Lage Das große Plus des Apartments, die erhöhte Lage über Rabac, hat auch einen Preis. Der Weg hinunter an die Promenade muss auch wieder hoch gelaufen werden. Für uns war es eine willkommene Möglichkeit, die verspeisten Cevapcici wieder runter zu kriegen. Jedoch ist der gute Kilometer bei bis zu 10% Steigung nicht für Jedermann geeignet. Daher sollte man sich im Klaren sein, dass das Auto vor Ort eventuell zum Einsatz kommen könnte (spätestens für den Weg ins 5 km entfernte Labin mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Wetter Um den Kreis zu schließen: Der Vermieter hatte Recht. Das Wetter wurde besser und wir hatten eine Woche Sonnenschein, türkis-blaues Meer und sattgrüne Wälder.
