Single-family house "Marina", 2 storeys, built in 2018. In the district of Vinež 1 km from the centre of Labin, 6 km from the centre of Rabac, in the residential district, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2.4 km, pebble beach 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Balcony 30 m2, terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the floors.

Wir waren zwei Paare und waren in dem schönen Haus eine Woche. Die Vermieter waren super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft. Alles super sauber und liebevoll- modern eingerichtet. Ein Highlight der Pool und die Außenküche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus kann man besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus! Alles wie beschrieben und mehr!
Wir waren mit 4 Erw. und 2 Kindern in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Die Einrichtung ist top gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Grillecke am Pool hat einen separaten Kühlschrank. Dazu gibt es direkt am Pool ein WC mit Dusche (sehr praktisch). Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage
wunderschönes, top gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool, sehr nette Vermieter, perfekt ausgestattete Küche und Außenküche, super Pool, sehr gute Lage (alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe) Ort Labin hat eine sehenswerte Altstadt, gute Restaurants in der Umgebung

Gezin met 6 personen
Deze woning is echt fantastich, Wij (gezin met 4 jongens van 10 - 17). Bij aankomst was al duidelijk dat het huis super schoon was, de eigenaren gaven ons meteen een hartelijk welkom en tips over de omgeving, er lag al drinken in de koelkast. Het zwembad is heerlijk, de buitenkeuken met BBQ is super, daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Tijdens het verblijf hebben we 1keer een probleem gehad (technisch) de eigenaar was zelf op reis, maar stond na 1 uur al op de stoep en regelde het meteen.

Urlaubsgenuss - Der zweite Aufenthalt
Wir (zwei Erwachsene & zwei Kinder) haben unseren Urlaub erneut in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und Ort verbracht und konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus wird von den Besitzern sehr gut gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Erholen, Baden, Grillen, ... Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Baden ein und ist für kulturell-geschichtliche Ausflüge gut geeignet. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern (Marina & Albert) war wieder sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen/ Anliegen schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wieder deutlich, dass ihnen das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Das Haus und der Ort sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern ein drittes Mal!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub erneut in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus wird von den Besitzern sehr gut gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Erholen, Baden, Grillen, ... Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Baden ein. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war wieder sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wieder deutlich, dass ihnen das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Das Haus und der Ort sind absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Ferienhaus Marina ist top ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen! Sehr schöner Pool, tolle Aussenküche, gute Grundrissgestaltung für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt von 6 Personen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sie kümmern sich um jedes Problem. Bis nach Labin ist es nur ein kurzer Weg; dort findet man alle Einkaufs-möglichkeiten. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Vinez verbracht!

Ein Ort zum Entspannen
Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben im Juli 2020 einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ansprechenden Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in Vinez, einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Es wurde 2019 fertiggestellt und bietet durch seine Größe sehr viel Platz. Es ist modern, sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bäder, Wohn- und Essbereich, Schlafzimmer). Im unteren Bereich des Hauses lädt eine große Terrasse mit Sommerküche und Poolbereich zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Daneben gibt es auf dem Grundstück eine große Wiese mit einem Trampolin und viel Platz für andere Aktivitäten (z. B. für Badminton). Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern (Marina & Albert) war sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben damit zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Verständigung erfolgte über Englisch und Deutsch. Das Haus und der Ort sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir haben im Juli 2020 einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ansprechenden Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus bietet durch seine Größe sehr viel Platz. Es ist modern, sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im unteren Bereich des Hauses lädt eine große Terrasse mit Sommerküche und Poolbereich zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben damit zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
