Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Wohnung Daria ist liebe- und phantasievoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt 3 Bäder, wovon 2 über eine Dusche und eins über eine Waschmaschine verfügt. Der tolle Garten mit dem großen Swimmingpool steht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Er ist ein absolutes Highlight für die ganze Familie, wenn man mal nicht unterwegs ist. Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr liebevolle, hilfsbereite kinder-und tierliebe Menschen und sehr diskret.

Perfekter Urlaub
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und die Aussicht (Sonnenuntergang) wurde durch keine anderen Häuser eingeschränkt. Der Pool wurde 2 x pro Woche von der Vermieterin gereinigt und stand uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und geräumig. Alles entsprach genau den Fotos / der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre waren absolut traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst empfehlenswert. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können nur sagen,dass man da einen sehr Ngenehmen Urlaub verbringen kann. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aus ist auch ein Traum.

Het nette appartement Daria is van alle gemakken voorzien met een prachtig uitzicht over de groene heuvels. Het is er heerlijk rustig en wil je meer reuring om je heen, dan loop je in ca. 10 minuten naar het oude centrum van Labin.

Idyllische Lage, tolles Haus
Wir haben 7 Tage im Haus Daria verbracht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und mit einer blickdichten Hecke versehen. Es gibt alles vor Ort, was man benötigt, das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberinnen sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gern wieder!

V tomto ubytovacím zařízení jsme strávili 4 noci. Naši skupinu tvořili 4 dospělí a 2 děti. Apartman byl velký, čistý i dobře vybavený. Velké plus je zahrada s bazénem a atrakcemi pro děti.

Toller Urlaub!
Unseren lieben Gastgeberinnen sprechen wir großes Lob und Dank für Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Wir (auch unser Hund) haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und im tollen Garten mit Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles Notwendige in der Küche war in sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Das schöne Städtchen Labin konnte zu Fuß gut erreicht werden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Liebe Grüße Familie Gutensohn

Super ruhiger Urlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Labin. Es war herrlich ruhig und wenn man etwas erleben wollte, ist man in 5 min mit dem Auto am Meer. Der Pool, der Garten und die Wohnung sind top sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie ist super nett. Unser kleiner Hund war sehr willkommen und hatte auch einige tierische Freunde ( Hunde und Katzen) gefunden. Wer etwas Ruhe und Entschleunigung vom Alltag such ist hier genau richtig. Very enjoyable apartment
Nice location at the end of a dead-end street, meaning it is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful sight when sitting on the terras looking at the sun at dawn. Still close though to old and new Labin city (shopping can be done by foot). Owner of the apartment is vry nice and friendly and willing to help you with everything when needed, and for the rest leaving you alone too. We had a very nice holiday here!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und tolle Vermieterin!
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, alles sehr neu und sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und noch mehr. Tolles Gartenhaus mit vielen Spielsachen. Viel Platz für den Hund und wir waren sehr willkommen. Sehr nette Vermiete ein und Familie! Umgebung wunderschön! Eine grössere Couch wäre toll, etwas zu klein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick und ruhiger Lage
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Ortsteil von Labin, unweit von der Altstadt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus im Erdgeschoß mit Zugang zum sehr gepflegten Garten. Hier hat ein Pool auf uns gewartet, den wir gern genutzt haben. Die sehr gastfreundliche Eigentümerin bewohnt das Obergeschoß. In der nahen Umgebung befanden sich viele Tiere (Katzen, Ziegen, Hunde) die wir mit unserem Kleinen streicheln konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem Garten hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Istrische Hinterland. Die nächste größere Stadt Rabac ist ca. 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, wo auch Ausflugsschiffe abfahren. Hier lädt ein Steinstrand zum Baden ein. Das Wasser ist hier wie überall in Kroatien sehr klar. Es empfiehlt sich Badeschuhe anzuziehen zwecks eventuell vorhandener Seeigel. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub MfG
