Beautiful family-friendly villa, pool & private garden, 15 minutes from the beach

The large, private garden is fully fenced, secure and has a private pool. The villa is located in a warm, sunny position, quiet and just minutes from the sea. The beaches of Rabac are only 5 km from the house. Comfortable loungers and parasols are reserved exclusively for you. A large stone-built charcoal grill and a large dining table are set in the garden overlooking the pool.

All rooms are located on the ground floor. The spacious, comfortable and elegant living room is fully air conditioned. The new, fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining room. Beautiful, romantic and quiet bedrooms are all air conditioned. Cots are also available. Beautifully decorated and perfect for families or groups of friends. Wi-Fi / WiFi is available and secure parking is guaranteed.

A beautiful house with top facilities

Absolutely friendly and very service-oriented landlord. Small problems were asked by phone and immediately taken care of to our satisfaction. All rooms are new and tastefully furnished and air-conditioned, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. We liked it very much! 100% recommended.

Great villa, clean and peaceful

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Orange. The layout is open, spacious, and very clean, we quickly felt completely relaxed and at home. We made good use of the pool and the outside area which gets the sun all day. The pool is well maintained and clean and there are ample loungers and cushions, and importantly, plenty of parasols to provide shade when needed. Inside the villa the space is modern and stylish with good sized bedrooms and a well-proportioned and equipped kitchen. The lounge area is also a good size and the table football was a hit with our children. Zelko and Meri, the villa hosts, were so very genuine and happy to help with pretty much anything. Providing advice on local beaches, which are beautiful, some trusted tour providers, and water parks, they really wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have been lucky enough to stay in many different villas over the years and this is our favourite to date, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. A huge thank you again to Zelko and Meri.

Toller Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes, TOP gepflegtes Haus, modern eingerichtet und wirklich alles vorhanden. Toll und sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in 10 min am Meer. Vermieter super nett und freundlich. Highlight natürlich der Pool und das große Grundstück mit Tischen und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Überfluss, wir kommen wieder !!!!

Erwartung übertroffen

Wir wurden trotz massiver Verspätung freundlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber führten uns herum und wir waren mehr als begeistert. Alles sauber und wohnlich gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool sollte ein kleines bisschen renoviert werden. Aber es war nichts schlimmes. Wir mussten aufgrund von Krankheit einen Tag früher abreisen und auch das kein Problem. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber . Gerne wieder 😊

Wunderschöne Villa Top Vermieter

Diese Villa hat alles übertroffen. Es ist alles neuwertig, super gepflegt und es fehlte an nichts. Im Außenbereich gab es 3 verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühle. Der Pool ist in Sonniger Lage und war das Highlight für uns. Außerdem gibt es für die Kinder Spielmöglichkeiten in dem eingezäunten Grund. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. LG. Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit Pool und sehr netten Besitzer

Wir haben unsere Ferien dort sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber und die Kinder haben den Pool viel genutzt. Wir konnten stets die Eigentümer per Whats App erreichen und bekamen wertvolle Tipps für Strände und Restaurants genannt. Vielen Dank Heike und Martin

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage:-)

Ganz entspannter Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie in diesem großzügigen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in Labin/Kroatien. Das Haus samt Pool war toll, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden; die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Sommerurlaub am Meer

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön.Meri und Zelko haben uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.Die umliegenden Strände sind mit dem PKW in ca.25 minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca.2 km in Labin. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Einfach Super!!

Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos, einfach toll, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wunderbar gepflegt hier gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermieter waren Super freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Super Haus, viel Platz, alles da was den Urlaub angenehm macht

Die Villa Orange ist geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Das Wetter war Ende September nicht so brillant. Deshalb haben wir die Vorzüge des Hauses besonders genossen. Die Vermieter Meri und Zelko sind super nett Wir können die Villa Orange nur empfehlen

Ruhe und Auszeit

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche gebucht, der Buchungsvorgang war problemlos, Fragen wurden umgehend geklärt und beantwortet. Am Anreisetag sind wir vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen worden das Haus wurde uns übergeben und der Urlaub hatte begonnen. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von der Stadt Labin, es war sehr ruhig, die Abende auf der Terrasse sowie auf dem überdachten Freisitz haben wir sehr genossen, der Pool war sehr schön erfrischend, das Haus hat eine schöne Einteilung in der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kids konnten im Garten spielen, es waren verschiedene Spiele vorhanden. Der Strand von Rabac ist nicht weit, die Altstadt Labin ist unbedingt sehenswert,vorallem die schönen kleinen Gassen. Unsere Vermieter waren klasse und sehr hilfsbereit, vielen lieben Dank nochmal! Wir hatten schöne Ferien und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus für die Familie

Das Haus ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Garten und vielen Gartenspielen, Pool und einer sehr schönen überdachten Außenterrasse. Man braucht allerdings immer das Auto, ob es kurz zum Einkaufen oder ins Restaurant oder zum Mehr geht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und immer bemüht, auf die Wünsche und Fragen der Gäste einzugehen. Uns hat das Objekt sehr gut gefallen.

Alles wunderbar

Die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich so wie beschrieben, sogar noch mehr Spielsachen als angegeben. Alles war sauber und die Vermieter, Zelko und Meri sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist super. Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen mit vier Personen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig; die überdachte Terrasse ist zum Essen toll. Der Pool ist wunderbar und die Grillecke auch sehr einladend. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, super sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen.

Wundervolles Haus, ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich super. Sauber, gepflegt und voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb freundlich und immer erreichbar. Im Garten ist viel Platz zum Spielen. Das Meer ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Wir waren super zufrieden und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Labin. Die Vermieter Meri und Zelko sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, geben gute Tipps zu schönen Stränden, guten Restaurants usw. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sehr sauber! Auch der Außenbenbereich mit dem Pool und vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft ist groß, sehr ordentlich und liegt in einer sehr friedlichen/ruhigen Gegend. Die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und haben unseren Urlaub bestmöglich gestalten können. Und wurden Empfehlungen für Strände in der Nähe gegeben. So blieb uns eine eigenständige Suche erspart und wir waren immer zufrieden. Perfekt!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Alles was wir brauchten war vor Ort. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß am Pool. Das Haus und der Pool sind total super. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Sachen um zum anschauen.

Superfreundliche Vermieter, bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Es war wirklich traumhaft, wir wollten gar nicht mehr heim.
