"What a wonderful place to vacation! Our expectations were high based on the reviews and pictures, and to our delight our experience was even better than expected. The home is beautiful with all the most modern amenities. The views across the sea to the island of Cres, watching the clouds roll in, and watching the sun rise over the island are marvelous sights. If you don’t want to see the sunrise the automated blinds hide all the light. The two street cats were so sweet we were ready to adopt them. We found very nice restaurants nearby, and if we felt like traveling it was an easy drive to Pula, Rovinj and Rijeka. A special thanks to Mrs. Vesna who guided us the first time up the winding road to the house and was especially thoughtful and helpful. Thanks to Arnold who was very kind and responsive. Both he and Mrs. Vesna went above and beyond to make our stay the best. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! We send our highest recommendation."

"Stayed here with my sister and had the most relaxing time. The house is situated in a beautiful, quite rural area close to the old town of Labin which you can walk to. First thing we saw on arrival was the beautiful pristine swimming pool, which was cleaned very morning, so remained pristine throughout our week long stay. The house, situated in front of the owners property is actually 2 self contained units, each having a kitchen, lounge area and double bedroom. My sister stayed upstairs in the air conditioned unit. Downstairs, which is solid brick is kept cool by keeping shutters closed to keep the sun out and only has an electric fan. The units are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. Doriana and her husband were exceptional hosts. On arrival Doriana gave us information on local restaurants, shopping, sights and beaches to visit etc. which was really helpful. We had a minor, non urgent issue with a door which was responded to immediately. Doriana also kindly brought us some local home made goodies. There is a variety of supermarkets a short ride away and there is a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Our only regret is we only booked for a week and wish we had made it longer."

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."
