From the garden of 1200 square meters, you will hear breaking waves on a guarded beach located 300 meters. This villa has been recently restored and equipped, with 4 bedrooms in full foot and 2 s. d.b and 2 bedrooms upstairs with toilet. A vast living room, a "Zen" corner and a perfectly equipped kitchen complete the whole. 3 large areas (carrefour-leclerc-inter walk are 2 and 5 km). There is a train station in Labenne, the main lines arrive in Bayonne (15 mn by car) and the airport is 30 mn in Biarritz. Labenne is located in the center of 14 golf courses Landes and Basques, there is a thalasso center, a zoo, 2 animal parks - reptiles and monkeys - acro branch, a large aquacity (wave pool and many slides), schools of Surfing and lakes are nearby for windsurfing and other activities. Many bike paths are nearby, the garden has a petanque and a "tiki bar"

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, avec un magnifique jardin et salon de jardin. Bbq, plancha, beaucoup de vaisselle, chouette décoration. Nous aurions préféré des housses de couette aux draps plats et l'une des douches etait un peu bouchée... mais cu détail

Maison très agréables avec un bel espace extérieur pour profiter du soleil. Maison très bien équipée niveau cuisine. La proximité avec l'océan est un vrai plus !!

Wunderschön und super ausgestattet
Ein tolles Haus, freundliche Vermieter, hervorragend ausgestattet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer unterm Dach können etwas heiß werden, aber wir waren auch während einer Hitzewelle dort. Der Strand ist wunderschön, bei stärkerem Wellengang allerdings nicht für kleinere Kinder zu empfehlen, da er sehr steil abfällt. Der nächste Strand l'Oceanide, der mit einem Spaziergang durch herrlichen Wald zu erreichen ist, schafft hier Abhilfe, da es dort flach ist und eine Sandbank gibt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Maison très agréable et jardin très pratique, spacieux et bien agencé, on y est très bien, également très près de la plage Maison fraîche malgré la chaleur de notre semaine (seul bémol, les chambres à l'étage restent très chaudes. Les ventilateurs fournis sont indispensables)

Villa agréable, bien située. Adaptée à des familles avec petits enfants.
La villa est agréable et est très bien située, proximité de l'océan et des belles plages pour le surf. La villa est plutôt adaptée à des familles avec petits enfants; 2 salles de bain, 2 chambres à l'étage peu fonctionnelles (pas de rangement, peu d'éclairage, situées sous les toits, literies anciennes). Nous étions 12 adultes. Dommage que l'état de propreté de l'ensemble (maison et jardin) "laissait à désirer", que les salles de bain et l'espace cuisine soient peu entretenus.

Très jolie maison au calme
Nous étions 2 familles et cette maison était parfaite pour nos vacances: la terrasse couverte est idéale pour couvrir la fraicheur du soir, et le terrain de boules a conquis toute la famille. Nous n'avons pas hésité à aller voir le coucher du soleil à la plage à 2 minutes de la maison. La cuisine est bien équipée et la plancha fonctionne très bien. Les chambres sont confortables et surtout très très calmes (loin des campings)

Great house and Garden in a calm environment
The house was clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner was attentively. The upstairs bedrooms might be more suitable for children then adults, but even with 12 persons the house wasn't growded. We loved the Garden area.

Schönes Haus mit Südsee-Flair
Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus, besonders die "Strandhütte" im Garten hat Charme. Kritikpunkt: Geschirr und Gläser waren zum Teil noch recht schmutzig, als wir eintrafen. Die Entfernung zum Strand zu Fuß ist eher 400m. Die 200m sind Luftlinie. Aber die tollen Atlantikwellen entschädigen für den Fußmarsch :-)

Gaby Villa Labenne Ocean
My husband and I and our four sons, daughter in law and 6yr old twins have had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Gaby. The accommodation was perfect for us everybody had their own space. It was clean and very well equipped with everything necessary for cooking a delicious French meal. It's location being near to the beach was fantastic and we could walk there which made life a lot easier than putting everything into the car. It would have been helpful to have towels provided for the house and a hairdryer. Also would have been nice to have a bedside lamp in all of the rooms. Other than that we couldn't fault it at all. I'm sure we'll be back again one day.

Calme et proche de la plage
Très belle et calme propriété ( sans vis à vis ) avec des matelas d'excellentes qualités.Maison très bien située et proche de la rue commerçante de labenne et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage.Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et relaxant.

séjour agréable dans villa gaby
la villa est bien située pas trés loin de l'océan il faut marcher environ 500 metres pour franchir les dunes il y'a un chemin et vue magnifique sur l'océan .grande plage .la villa a un espace jardin avec une terrase en bois ,plancha ,terrain de pétanque et une douche exterieure . les chambres sont superbes au rez de chaussée avec buanderie 2 douches wc et a l'étage 2 chambres moins spacieuses . le salon est lui aussi spacieux donnant sur le jardin . la cuisine est plus petite mais bien aménagée. on a passé une super semaine de vacances au calme . la propriété est bien entretenue .

Superbe maison encore mieux que sur les photos
Nous avons passés une super semaine début août dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien placée à prox de la plage et du centre. Nous étions 12, 6 adultes et 6 enfants et tous le monde a facilement trouvé sa place. À conseiller et à refaire des que possible. En plus le propriétaire est charmant et très avenant !
