Compleet huisje , ruim en super locatie
Alles op orde , presentatie klopt met werkelijkheid. Kleine mismatch tussen data op Xpedia side en die op interhome. Maar niet ten nadele van ons als gasten.

Familienurlaub
Gut aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus für die 4 köpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und bis auf die technischen Geräte etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist top. Der Hauseigentümer kümmert sich sofort bei Mängel oder Reklamationen. Schnell am Strand und fix zum Bäcker. Tolle Sportmöglichkeiten zu Fuß und mit dem Rad. In Capbreton findet Samstagmorgens ein toller Markt statt. Ebenso kann man hier gut Essen und nach Lust und Laune shoppen gehen. Mückenspray gehört leider zum Standard.

Bel emplacement avec des défauts
La maison est vraiment bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Il est spacieux et proche de la plage. Mais il y a un sérieux problème : c'est juste sur le seul accès à la mer depuis Labenne. C'était encore la pré-saison; Je ne peux pas imaginer à quel point les motos, les voitures et surtout les groupes de jeunes font du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit. Puisqu'il nous manque la référence dans le prospectus. Citons comme point positif la prise en charge par Interhome à Possegor.

Haus fußläufig zum Meer
Positiv: Nah zum Wasser, Haus nach hinter hin ruhig. Negativ: Betten durchgelegen und die Küche könnte neues Geschirr und Besteck benötigen. Viel Geschirr war angeschlagen und wirkt zusammengesucht.

Schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem Wäldchen
Alle Räume sind gross. Alles vorhanden was man für 4 Personen braucht. Grosszügiger Kühlschrank. Super Aussenbereich mit grossem Sitzplatz und mit Morgensonne. Der Wald macht bei grosser Hitze alles angenehm kühl und bietet genügend Platz zum Spielen. Einfach genial. Einziger Nachteil : die Betten sind sehr weich.

Super Ferienhaus nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt
Alles da. Das Haus wurde kürzlich sehr gut renoviert, Wohn - und Schlafräume sind großzügig, Ausstattung gut bis sehr gut. Lediglich das Besteck nur befriedigend. Straße zum Strand führt am Haus vorbei, dadurch abends belebt. Nach hinten hin im Garten aber ruhig. Immer wieder gern.

Agréable
Maison et jardin agréables. Petits bémols, mauvaise literie et surtout une odeur désagréable d'humidité dans la maison. Notre linge en était imprégné et bien qu'il était propre, il nous a fallu tout relaver en rentrant chez nous.

Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern
Gute Lage in Strandnähe, großes Grundstück, ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einrichtung o.k., alles da was man braucht, gute Betten. Hinterm Haus im Garten großer Holztisch mit vielen Plastikstühlen (drei davon waren etwas kaputt - die brauchten wir aber nicht). Positiv dass nachmittags dort immer Schatten war. Sonne war trotzdem da, wenn man etwas weiter in den Garten ging. Daneben Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege aus Plastik mit Rollen und 2 Sonnenliegen aus Metallrohrgestell mit Stoffbezug, deren Gummizughalterung leider defekt waren (war für uns kein Problem). Ferner Steingrill, Tischtennisplatte im Garten. PKW-Abstellplatz, alles eingezäunt, so dass Kinder nicht auf die Straße laufen können. Spielgeräte für Tischtennis, Beachball u.a. vorhanden. Gelegentlich gab es anfangs Probleme mit der Elektrizität, die immer sofort dank der guten Betreuung seitens Interhome vor Ort geklärt werden konnten. W-LAN gegen extra Entgelt; funktionierte einwandfrei.
