This charming modern 60 sq. m chalet in a calm and secured residence, includes :
- a very nice 450 sq. m garden with a large terrace and a barbecue,
- a bright and comfortable living room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- one bathroom with shower,
- a nice open kitchen very well equipped (toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, baby bed, TV, Wi-Fi, bikes,
- a parking space.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

Located between the Basque Country and the Landes Country, you will be in the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while remaining in a quiet and relaxing environment. This accommodation is ideal for those who love peace, surfing and nature. Many activities will be available around the accommodation, such as bikes renting, walks in the forest, a skate park, a zoo, and a treetop adventure park. The town centre and all amenities are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride from your accommodation. You can also reach the central beach of Labenne within a 15-minute walk. Finally, in a few minutes by car, you will also reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.
