"Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....

"100% fantastic!!! Couldn't be better! Robert and Terri are lovely hosts - sent recommendations before we arrived and showed us all around the property once we got there. "I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"
