"Our stay was in three words: stressful, frustrating, and grimy. The man responsible for check in took us into the apartment, where he turned a valve, and said the “water tank is on”, and gave us a key. Once he left, the water tank was still not turning on and we noticed several other distressing items in the apartment to note here. 1) The ground had a layer of dirt and sand. Walking with our socks for under 10 minutes turned our socks black. Under the twin beds’ was an empty beer bottle....

"I left the room on the first night and did not return. I had to find a hotel in the city. I could not communicate in any way with the person at the apartment. I had to remove my shoes before i entered. I had no lock for my room. When i asked about a taxi and my location to the city no one could understand or help me. This room was not suitable at all."

Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. "Der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung, auf dem zweiten Blick waren viele Mängel zusehen. Die zweite Toilette war kaputt War nicht zu benutzen. Viele Steckdosen waren aus der Verankerung gerissen Der Fußboden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt. Der Herd war sehr schmutzig Ekelig. Die Betten unten waren in Ordnung, Oben war es sehr eng haben wir nicht benutzt. Ein zweites mal würden wir die Unterkunft nicht mieten."

Once we arrived, we could not get into the apartment to see if it was as described, so I can't say if it is.
