"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. "Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

"Amazing place, hidden gem! We could not believe how nice the rooms and facilities were. Perfect location for families, a ski shop attached, beautiful warm pool and spa area, great gym, can walk one minute to multiple restaurants or enjoy the food here. The staff was exceptional. "

"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. I am writing this before breakfast buffet but I am sure it is nice, restaurant...

"Very close to the ski slops, local restaurants and bars. Ski rental downstairs and very friendly and helpful ski rental owner- Thoni :). Ski bus stops at the property. Very good communication with the owner, flexible check in/out. Very clean place, kitchen well equiped. Good value for money."
