"Checking in was not easy. We booked apartment for the day before we were to arrive. So we didnt have to wait when we arrived. Was told our booking was cancelled although we paid in advance. No one on site if a problem arises. You have to wait until someone is availabe to resolve issues. Safe didnt work."

"The apartment was very nice. Only weird thing is that the bathroom is located right off the bedroom and the door was right next to the bed- a bit tight there. The washing machine in the apartment was great. No dryer but they did have a drying rack that was large enough to accommodate 2 small loads of laundry. Great kitchen area. Wonderful view/balcony. "Nice, small and clean apartment. Walkable to dining places and supermarket. The bathroom door don’t lock and the toilet don’t stop flushing. They fixed the toilet the next day. We asked for late checkout but they said it is impossible even if we pay extra. "

"We enjoyed our stay however… it was very odd not to have locks in the doors (toilet, balcony and main door from the inside) so it wasn’t ideal with my little son. Location is great for visiting Sagrada Familia otherwise public transport is handy. Check in and was easy and automatic. "

"Had some issues with luggage storage but they accommodated. Also the streets around this area were very noisy at night but the apartment had good insulation so the noise was very minimal. Overall was a good stay! They were great at getting us a taxi on the day of departure and changing it at the last minute when our flight changed suddenly. Would stay again :)"

"Horrible check in, have misleading information on website when booking. Have to walk 7 blocks to another apartment after check-in. Basically no service after check-in. Asked for toilet paper and it has never come."
