Spacious & Fun Retreat Near Zion! - Private Pool & Pickleball Court!!!

Welcome to this Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home near Zion National Park!

Perfectly situated between Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and a lake for cooling off and boating. Plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.

The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire pit. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.

The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms.

The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 72” TVs in the loft and the living room.

The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.

Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

Great times here

We had a great time staying on this property. It was perfect for our family with pickleball tournaments and lounging around the pool. The location was also perfect for trips into the Zion park. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay in Utah!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Home was exactly as advertised and we all very much enjoyed our time here. Home was close to shopping and Zion, and a couple hours from Bryce Canyon. Thanksgiving Perfection

The home, host, and overall experience exceeded all expectations! My family of eight plus two visitors stayed over Thanksgiving week. The home served as a central hub for trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Coral Sand Dunes. The home was clean, spacious, and very well equipped to accommodate all our needs, including preparing several elaborate meals for the entire family, and keeping everyone entertained after long days of outdoor activities. La Verkin Gem

We booked the property based on its proximity to Zion National Park and the space it has for our family. The pool and pickleball court were bonuses. The house was clean and well maintained, with adequate cooking gear, a nice large refrigerator and freezer, comfortable beds and furnishings. The host was awesome, very responsive and accommodating. Wonderful Property

Used this house for family funeral so we could be together to mourn. It was great for that, and good to throw in some fun after the stress of the funeral. The fridge, table, seating, number of beds, along with entertainment for kids, and teenagers was priceless! The kitchen had everything we needed to feed everyone, and the hot tub was relaxing way to end the day. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Zion vacation

Beautiful home. Very roomy. Loved that there were 2 “family rooms” to accommodate multiple interests. Washer and dryer on both floors was also nice. The pickleball court and basketball hoop were a plus. Appreciated the pool during the very hot spell.

Amazing Stay for Visiting Beautiful Parks & Relaxing

The house was perfect for our vacation. We had 12 family members from 78-6. It was in a great location to visit the nearby national parks and provided lots of activity on days we decided to hang out and just relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things we needed to cook a few meals, the house has plenty of space for a large group, and lots of activity options for young and old. It provided the perfect landing spot for an amazing family vacation.

Wonderful house with plenty of room and amenities. Lots to do to keep everyone entertained. Nice location as well. Owner had great communication before and during our stay. We will 100% stay here if we make our way to La Verkin again. We had a great time!

Spacious and comfortable

Very comfortable with lots of space for everyone to spread out. Owner very responsive to needs. Pickleball court was nice. The hot tub was great, but required 2 hours to heat up prior to use in December. Owner did not permit it to be left on continuously. So this meant it could not be used first thing in the morning and you will need to notify the owner if you want it fully heated upon return after a day of hiking. Pool was very nice when heated to an appropriate temperature. It was too cold when we arrived, but owner increased the temperature upon request. 25 min drive to Zion south and west entrances. Lots of other hiking nearby too. We would rent again.
