La Verkin rocks!
A beautiful roomy house! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, gorgeous views. Very close to Zion and Bryce Canyon. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay!
We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a great stay when coming to the area for our vacation. The place was clean, tidy and felt right at home. Zion National Park was less than 30 minutes away and a direct shot from La Verkin.

Everything was well done and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish the wood stove was still installed however the heating system did a great job. Perhaps a gas bbq would be a great addition. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house.

Lovin' LaVerkin
Property was awesome. Better than advertised. Clean and provisioned. We have been visiting the area for the last ten years and LaVerkin was a great location for Zion, Kolob Terance, Cedar Breaks and the lakes west of Hurricane. Jed was great with prompt, helpful communications.

Clean, comfortable, easy Zion access
Everything was as described. Very clean. Bedding was comfortable. 25 minutes to Springdale and the Zion park entrance. Just be aware that the sprinklers will hit the side of the house and sound like someone is trying to break in at 6:30 in the morning! :-)

Close to Zion
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was in a very quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks away from a large grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store and gas station. The drive to Zion NP was about 30 minutes, a beautiful drive. The house has had some recent updates with a large, well stocked kitchen and new carpeting throughout, the living room furniture looked to be relatively new. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were dated but clean. In the VRBO description of the house it says Netflix is available, this is a little misleading, Netflix is only available if you have your own Netflix account. While the interior of the home was clean and in good condition the exterior was in need of some attention. I would recommend this property if your planning a stay in this area.

Convenient to Zion
Jed's house was a right-turn away from the road to Zion..very convenient! House seemed recently renovated. Lovely kitchen and newer furniture throughout. Great set-up for more than one couple with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great restaurant across the street for breakfast, lunch or quick dinners. If there had been a gas grill, we would have considered cooking an evening or two. I thought i left behind a bag with make-up and vsrious travel items, and Jed's wife kindly checked the house for it. Turned put it was stuffed in a backpack but Jed responded very quickly to my text about it. All in all, we were very comfortable at the house.

Nice enough, clean and in neighborhood. The sheets were slimy (100% synthetic in the heat), and the bed soft. Nice to have the garage for storing bikes. Nice short hiking trail down the road, but otherwise need to drive for all bike and hike trails. House is fine if you are on the trails all day and not planning to be there a lot. No patio table to enjoy meals outside, and only four outdoor chairs despite the house accommodating up to ten people. Pleasant neighbors, which is good given you are staying on a corner lot with cute goats and cattle on two sides. Definitely more of a landing spot for sleeping than a retreat for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful area.

Absolutely charming.
Absolutely loved this place. It was so cute and welcoming when we drove up. The house was Bigger than it looks and very comfy. Adorable homey decor made it feel like home away from home. There was a book there that covered just about everything from great spots to hike, visit, eat. Where the local urgent care was and even the Dentist! Luckily we didn’t need those things but, great info. The pecan trees were yum, my girls loved watching the cows through the kitchen window and goats, horses and chickens through the back window! Only suggestion I would recommend is putting the sprinkler schedule in the welcome book. We had no idea when they would go off and once it went off while the BBQ was on and we were enjoying the summer evening in the backyard. Minor hiccup though all things considered. We loved our stay, and hope to vacation here again someday.

Convenient and Charming
We found the property to be convenient to both Kolob Canyon and Zion Canyon park entrances. We visited Bryce Canyon one day which was about a 2 hour drive taking scenic Route 14 which was amazing. The property's location is charming as it is surrounded by rural property with goats, cows, and horses although none of the odor you might expect. There are large pecan trees that shade the property with plenty of nuts to eat and enjoy. A grocery store is just minutes away. The owner is excellent at responding to questions/concerns timely. The check-in / check-out process was easy. We fully utilized the kitchen and laundry room with no issues. The bus service within Springdale and Zion NP is excellent. Hiking the main Zion trails early helps avoid the crowds and beats the heat. To avoid the crowds altogether, hike within Kolob Canyon and the Coalpits Wash and Huber Wash trails. Also hiking around Lava Point is wonderfully peaceful.

Very happy with my stay here.
Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.

Nice stay at the farm
We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s clean, spacious & has everything we need for a comfortable stay, the backyard sitting area was nice for us to enjoy the sunset & watching all the goats run around. The house is conveniently located to Zion national park.
