Seriously, this is a hidden gem tucked away yet convenient to everything.

Located just outside Zion National Park, Utah (2 hours drive from Las Vegas) on three acres and only minutes from Zion National Park, this is the perfect HQ for trips to Zion, Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon and a multitude of State Parks.

The bright blue sky, mountain vistas, and the dark sky with starry nights will astound you while you enjoy your stay as our guests. Swim in the pool (open April 15 - October 31) relax on one of our two patios sipping your favorate beverage and watching a fantastic sunset or sunrise.

We sit smack in the middle of what many say is the best mountain biking in the USA. If you want epic single track and slickrock then stay with us!!

We are a year 'round destination. of trails was awarded 'Epic' status by the International Mountainbike Association. No need to drive to the trails... ride out from your patio and return to a refreshing pool! Visit UtahMountainBikingAdventures(dot)com for more info.
Hike or ride 50+ miles of singletrack trails from your 'back yard'. This is a perfect retreat with the nearest neighbor being 1/3 mile away, yet accessed by 100% paved roads.

We are a short drive to many beautiful places......Zion National Park is a few minutes, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon North Rim, Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes are all easily accessable

Your Guest Casita is 870 square feet of open and airy space with sleeping arrangements of wueen beds and a comfortable pull out twin. A full kitchen makes preparing meals easy...or you can choose to sample some of our fine local dining options in Virgin, Hurricane or Springdale.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PET POLICY.....READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A DOG. Due to a stay of an irresponsible pet owner who's pet destroyed two furniture items we have adopted the following pet policy.

The only pets allowed are dogs 80 lb maximum.
Please refrain from allowing your dog on the furniture. A DOG MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE UNLESS IT IS CRATED. There are no exceptions to the crate policy, so please do not ask. We have a large size crate for your use free...just bring a dog blanket to put in it.

We charge a $30 pet fee which covers the extra time it takes to clean after a per stay.

Driving times from St. George is 35 mins, Bryce Canyon 2hrs, Grand Canyon 2.5hrs, Las Vegas 2.15 hrs, Los Angeles 6 hrs, Salt lake city 3.5 hours.

Perfect spot for Zion visit
This place and location were perfect for our family of 4 for 3 nights when we visited Zion. Short drive to get there and we made a few trips easily down to Hurricane for food and laundry. Beautiful view out the window, accommodating hosts, would stay again!

This location is just out of the really busy area for Zion. not too far from hurricane if you need to pick up some groceries. owner is great to work with.

Exceptional stay in an Exceptional Location
The property is set in a beautiful, quiet location with all the amenities you could need while visiting Zion or the surrounding mesas. Monte and Bonnie were exceptional hosts who made us feel at home answering any and all questions we had about the surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

This was such an amazing place. The owners were fantastic with communication from the time I booked the place until we left. Offering plenty of information from places to eat and the best way to handle Zion. The views at the house were amazing as well. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Zion.

Great location for Zion
We stayed here for a girls trip from Alaska. It’s the perfect location to get to Zion and not very far from Snow Canyon either! Wonderful and beautiful place. Monte and Bonnie were friendly and fun to chat with! Would defiantly stay there again.

Best Rental Find for Zion Stay
I stayed here for a week visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks. The location is perfect, with no neighbors and a perfect backdrop of the mesas to view while at the pool. The drive to Zion is only 20 minutes. The house was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Bonus was that Bonnie and Monte were incredibly nice and also had some helpful tips on things to do in the area. If I’m ever back in the area I would love to stay here again.

Well maintained property in a beautiful setting close to Zion Nat'l Park. Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon are hours away. Hosts are wonderful resources for trails and adventures. A very quiet, comfortable apartment over a garage. Our winter visit precluded use of the entire property.

There was nothing missing at our stay, the pool was great, everything we needed for the kitchen was there, the ac is great, grill worked great. Overall we had a really nice stay here. The sofa bed is very very noisy and an upgrade to a smart tv would be a nice addition. Besides that this place is a 10/10

OUTSTANDING
This is one of my all time favorite locations. Close to Zion without all the crowds. Excellent restaurants and provisions within a 5 minute drive. Clean, safe and quiet, with excellent views. Owners are accessible and helpful. Recommendations were 100% spot on. Loved my time here. Please don’t change a thing!

Perfect little hideaway from all the crowds
Monte and Bonnie are the best hosts and this place is perfection. Its perfectly located allowing you to get away from the crowds and have a little down time but you can be back in the middle of so many activities within 20 minutes. The pool is heaven and the space is comfortable for a couple or small family. Monte took my son and I out on a fantastic day of mountain biking and made everything so easy and seamless. We look forward to returning soon!

Just what I wanted!
The location was very convenient for visiting Zion and the surrounding area. The house has beautiful mountains as it’s backdrop and in warm weather I would have enjoyed the pool and sitting at the fire pit in the yard. The upstairs studio had everything I needed. My dog and I had a really nice time. Owners were super helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Great place in an amazing area
Can’t say enough good things about Monte and his nice little apartment above the garage. Everything was clean, in good shape and well stocked. Location was amazing. Zion and Bryce Canyon are cool but we were just as amazed by gooseberry mesa had amazing biking hiking and views with almost money around. Snow canyon state park was awesome. Even the view sitting at the apartment was amazing. Watched the sunrise every morning from the nice patio area at the apartment. Monte was always responsive and even shipped my wife’s kindle back to me no charge. Will definitely be back.
