"Marcus at the front desk was helpful. No one else spoke English. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room.
